JUST FABULOUS. I had a busted tankless water heater due to the terrible cold weather that blasted Texas these past two weeks. I called maybe 30 different companies who said they couldn't come out for non-emergencies etc... well Tribeca made me a priority and came out same day to take a look - turns out I had a huge leak from system leaking onto the ceiling from the attic and thank Goodness Richard from Tribeca showed up. They were able to replace the system a few days later. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. Technician pulled up and drove away after I drive 45 minutes across town. I called the main number and the receptionist was RUDE and cut me off after I explained the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If a company has policies in place they should clearly notify the client prior to just canceling. Reading through some of the other reviews I understand why this company has a low rating. Ask a lot of questions up front or save yourself the disappointment.

We had a “water hammering” issue in our pipes and they sent their plumber, Joseph, to come out and diagnose the problem. He was on time and followed all co-vid protocols, even though those mandates were lifted. Joseph was very thorough and meticulous to try to figure out the issue. His recommendation was detailed and communicated clearly on his procedure and process to determine the recommendation. We were very happy with his professionalism and candor about the issue and resolution. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially Joseph.

I had a great experience with DAZ Plumbing on yesterday. I had a leak in my bathroom and I could not figure out where the water was coming from. They came and diagnosed the problem as well as fixed it. They were prompt, professional, and their customer service skills were phenomenal. Outside faucet would not turn off. The service tech arrived and corrected the issue. He had to replace the outside faucet. I was pleased the part was on his truck.

I've had multiple great experiences with Peerless Plumbing Company and today was no different. We suspected a water leak, so we had the water turned off before heading out of town for the weekend. We returned home late last night and early the next day Bill from Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX showed up at the door. He was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked into all of the possible sources of the leak, thoroughly explained it to us, and determined that the leak was likely in our irrigation system. Despite the emergency appointment Queen and her team were professional and determined in tracking down the problem and clearing our pipes down through to main. They worked around the constraints of our home, and still charged a fair price. I will definitely be returning.
