Best Kitchen / Bath Plumbing in Dallas TX

My mom initially called another plumber who said she had a clog in her sewer main and he then spent several hours trying unsuccessfully to unclog it. He gave up without resolving the problem because he couldn't really tell where the clog was. I thought we needed someone with the right camera equipment to inspect the sewer main and tell us what was up. I found Tribeca after a Googe search and called them at 9:00 on a Monday morning. By 11:30 that morning, Jay was at her house with a state-of-the-art camera and he was able to locate the clog in a section of pipe beneath the master bedroom. The diggers came out Tuesday morning to excavate under the house, the plumbers replaced the pipe that evening and the diggers filled the hole back in right after that. Everything was done by Tuesday night and at a very fair price. Everybody we dealt with at Tribeca was courteous, competent and professional. I highly recommend Tribeca if you have a plumbing problem.

I need to say that this company is what they truly call a Family Company! I am beyond impressed of how well they handled my plumbing issues, Fernando was so professional and courteous! They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! Stay away from this company for any plumbing needs. They are extremely expensive and they do a very poor job. I hired them twice; first time they did just Ok but pricey. Second time is when they blew it. I had water what appears to come from under ground inside my house. They charged me about ~$850 in two visits just to tell me I had a leak under ground (leak detection) and quoted me $10,000 to dig a tunnel under my house and repair the water leak (what???). I obviously requested 2 more opinions and Barbosa was totally wrong where the leak was and repair took less than 2 hours. (No digging, no tunnels, and noooo $10,000 dlls!!).Yes I tried to politely call them and request my ~$850 back but they ignored me.I don't recommend them and will never use them again.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

NICK, if I'm remembering his name was polite, efficient and did a good job. He or his helper, and the office kept me informed about everything. They also called a day early saying they could come by today and they did. Usually when repair people give a time with dow, it always seems to be near the end, but this company was here within 1.5 hours of the 4 hour window. Had them over for an A/C tuneup and they suggested we install a safety switch, which they did not install correctly leading to water leaking through my ceiling.
