The Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning team was phenomenal. They were honest, forthright, and thorough. I was skeptical about replacing my whole air conditioning system after getting an estimate from a different company that was astronomical! This company wanted to replace everything, which sounded crazy—but the first company did not have the same circumspect approach. We had two Trane condensers installed and some coil work performed to bring our two systems up to date. Jeff and Pedro arrived 25 minutes early of their expected time and finished installing the two units early as well. Jeff was experienced, efficient and effective. I addition , they were both polite, careful and tidy and managed their tasks efficiently. We have always found Levy & Son to have superior standards and these two gentlemen did a great job of adhering to those standards and more !!

They tried to sell me an air handling system that I didn't need in the Summer of 2011 that I did not need. The service tech was so lazy that he didn't even bother to put the side panels back on the outside A/C unit. Use anybody else besides this company.
