Hooper Plumbing and Air conditioning is an great example Of a place you’d never want to work. The way people view it from the outside of the company (customers) it may be a great company that takes care of you. Which it is the men that work there are professionals and handle things in a professional manner but they are under paid and definitely unappreciated. The company cuts their employees hours and also pays their highest paid tech a lot less than you would think. They do not pay their employees for driving in between jobs and their employees do not get commission off of anything they sell you. Most of the employees do not go home with more than $1000 paychecks a week which is very ridiculous for the work that they perform and the stress that comes from the office throughout the week. After working there for 6 years I decided it was time for a change and nothing I just wrote above was a lie. I have proof (in pictures) of my hours being cut after I turned my invoices in the following day. I also have every single check stub I earned over the course of 6 years and my hours Hardly ever matched up with how many I actually worked. One week I got paid $418.18 and I am a licensed plumber who had worked over 40hours that week, I went to the bosses and told them about what was happening and it was “corrected”…. Until two weeks later when My check was wrong again. And that’s when I realized they are steadily taking money from their employees and acting like the victim when they are confronted about it. So before you use this company please think about the men that work there and what they go though on a daily basis dealing with thieving bosses and more stress than you can imagine. I dealt with it for 6 years.

When my kids flushed something very unflushable. On a holiday. Backing up every toilet in the houseThey answered my call, scheduled an emergency visit about an hour later. Very personable and competent plumber was able to fix our problem and get us back on trackVery grateful for them being willing to take holiday calls and prompt service no matter the day

Jared arrived, after introductions, went on to assess my toilet issue. After testing and evaluating, I was shown just what was needed. Jared was professional, personable and timely. Overall, after retesting the repaired toilet, Jared inspected all other drains, hot water heater etc, and recommended future repairs. I was pleased with the sevice and the outcome. Jordan did quite a few jobs for us all in 1 visit. He was professional, kind, and explained the issues to us. The pricing was also very reasonable. We would recommend him to anyone, and will definitely be calling him in the future for other needs if they arise!

Absolutely amazing company and top notch services. They squeezed us in last minute and communicated with us the whole time until tech arrived on scene and wasted no time to get the issues fixed.

What a great experience! My technician, Roy was so polite. I asked so many questions and I’m sure some where common sense but he answered them all. I recommend Frymire, but definitely ask for technician Roy if you want a courteous, honest, and patience tech in your home!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAIT AND SWITCH LYING COMPANY! On August 20 their technician arrived to fix a leak in my drain pan which had caused water spots on my ceiling. He told me that the drain lines needed cleaning and I needed a new drain pan. I showed him my guarantee and he said it did not cover the repair. But the form said they were supposed to call me to schedule an ac check. They never called me but when I called they disputed this with me. In the meantime their technician said the leak was fixed and that if I wanted a new drain pan it would be $325. The next morning I awoke to a hallway full of water. It had obviously not been fixed. I called them up and Steve Wilson himself said that the same drain pan would now be $475 because I had cussed out his employee. That is a complete lie. I merely complained that his man had not fixed the leak. This is classic bait and switch by Wilson Air conditioning.
