They came out the same day I called, located the leak in the pasture within 30 minutes and dig through nasty mud to fix the leak. Then they went to the barn and fixed two leaks there- even with my horses in the way trying to help them! They could not have been nicer or more efficient and patient. I really appreciate their service and the price was more than fair for all the work they did!!

Technicians worked in cold damp weather to clear a line blockage and made recommendations for further preventative measures. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Technician failed to check an upstairs toilet as requested, saying it shouldn't be a problem since the downstairs toilets worked when he was done. As it turned out the upstairs toilet was blocked also and Metro Flow sent out a second technician the next day who cleared the blockage in the upstairs toilet and no extra charges were incurred. Overall the work was performed excellently on both days. and we were very satisfied. Would recommend Metro Flow and would use them again if future problems occur. Thanks very much to all who helped.

Barbosa went above and beyond to make sure we were okay after we had a gas leak at our house. Their technician, Will, came out within an hour and a half of us calling and was quick and efficient in finding and fixing the leak. He was very helpful in explaining how it occurred and what steps he took to fix the issue. He also helped arrange for the city inspector to come out the next day and even came back when the inspector was on site to make sure everything was squared away. They also sent another tech out again later in the day once service was reinstated to make sure our furnace and hot water heater were working correctly. Will and Barbosa made what felt like a nightmare situation painless without costing an arm and a leg and we highly recommend them for any of your plumbing or gas needs.

I received a sales call offering a free air/heat checkup. I booked an appt for between 11AM-2PM. I called shortly after 11 and was told the tech would arrive around 1 PM. At about 12:50, I received a call to say the were running behind but would be here by 5PM. I asked to speak to a manager and after a long hold was told no one was available. I asked for an accting rep as I wanted to cancel the maintanence package I had purchased but was told they were not available either. I insisted on speaking to a manager and all of a sudden they found one. I told them what I wanted to do and asked how long it would be before I got my money back. I was told by the manager he didn't know. I insisted on finding out and after another long wait was told it would be 3 days. I have done business with the plumbing division and found them competent, but their business practices are clearly substandard, and they do not respect the customer. I will not do business with them again.

Had the main water valve leaked, Jesse came out and turned a $4800 job into less than 1k. This included Cooper and PVC pipe patching and replacement with PEX, in just about 2 hours. Great service.

If I could split the rating, I would. Justin, the tech, was amazing. The company however struggles with over booking their techs and not communicating well. Justin showed up 3 hours late due to being stuck out on another job. He was still professional and polite, working as quickly as he could to diagnose the issue and trying to fix what he could immediately. He cleaned up a severely damaged unit and set us up on a repair plan (parts had to be ordered). Justin was professional and honest about everything, there was a lot of expensive damage. 100% would request him again.

He came in, quickly identified the problem. He kept me updated on his findings and fixed everything. I will definitely use them again as they are now my plumbing go to company!

There is always someone in the phone ready to take your call no matter where you are. They may not be able to get someone there when you want them (ie 10 o'clock at night) but they will be there when they say they will. And they Satan's behind their fixes.

Home was built in 1952. Used Wilson to replace sewage system under house. To access part of the plumbing would normally require cutting into original tile or paneling.When we discussed my concern about tearing out the tile the plumber worked on finding a better solution. They ended up accessing the plumbing through my furnaces air return.No only was the crew courteous and professional. They were on time, every time. Best of all, even with the extra work my bill was still exactly the estimated amount.I've used many plumbers in my day. Wilson is by far the best! I also found the price quite reasonable.
