DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They have been out twice to repair my air in a week. We have paid them $960 and it still does not work. Now they want $3,500 for a new one. What happened with the first $960? Total ripoff One would think they could tell the first time BEFORE paying them that much money that we needed a new unit. Never again

SOOOOOO EXPENSIVE!!! They’ll try to swindle you for sure, called ahead for pricing and they wouldn’t give it to me, then charged me $700 for a simple DRAIN CLEANING! I had two guys in my kitchen that won’t negotiate and won’t leave my place till I give them my payment info. Shady. Stay away.

We got a new heat pump water heater installed a few weeks ago and it's working great so far. They work with the rebate program and applied in the rebate instantly which was great. Water Heater cockrell hill TX installed the water heater and he was very professional and helpful and did a great job.

Roy and his helper were absolutely AMAZING!! They were super friendly and explained everything to me in ways that I could understand. (I know nothing about hvac stuff). He gave me several options that, in the long run, will save me a ton of money and issues with my unit! I swear by the time they left it was like we were long lost best friends. They were awesome!

They tried to sell me an air handling system that I didn't need in the Summer of 2011 that I did not need. The service tech was so lazy that he didn't even bother to put the side panels back on the outside A/C unit. Use anybody else besides this company.

Called for a job, and had one set up for a few days later. We explained at the time of calling what we needed done to a mobile home and they said they could come out. Fast forward to the day they were going to come out, they call 10 minutes before they're supposed to be here saying they don't want to work on a mobile home. They could've just said that days ago when we called instead of 10 minutes before they're suppose to show and wasted our time.
