So far, I am really impressed they came to my house and thoroughly inspected (in order to give me a proposal). Josh was the repairman and Aaron the supervisor. Both seemed genuine in that I was told I needed less replacements than what I was expecting.

Had a complete AC unit installed. Price was right and the workmanship was great. The reason I went with this company wasn’t the price or the reviews though. It was the tech Dan that came out for my service call. Great attitude, and very knowledgable. I highly recommend these guys!

My electrician, Shan, was on time, very professional, very courteous, and did great work. The price was a bit higher than I expected but after doing more research it wasn’t completely out of line with others. Definitely in the high side, though. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time but I am happy with the quality of the work.

After a lengthy process due to a confusing AC system (condo complex of 30+ units with the condensers on the roof) and multiple technicians, Christian Gonzalez and Oscar Baho were the technicians that came to the rescue and were able to successfully diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were both communicative in their assessment, diagnosis, and repair of the issue, which as a homeowner, is important to me. I will be requesting only Christian and/or Oscar for any AC issues.

My technician was Carlos. He was very helpful. He found and diagnosed my issue quickly. He installed new hot and cold water valves for my washer hook-up. It was definitely a job well done.

Same day service and a fair price. Only problem was some scheduling issues. I couldn't set up an appointment online but their phone service was great.

I went to home depot and they gave me a long list of what they will work on, on my AC units but the technician came and did 2 things and gave excuses. Don't waste ur money

I came home from vacation to find my upstair's AC unit had stopped functioning on a Sunday at the end of July. I contacted Frymire Home Services and they were able to come out to my place the next morning (in the middle of summer). The Frymire technicians, Josiah and Roy, were knowledgeable and polite. After examining my system, they explained a series of repair and replacement options in a way I could comprehend and therefore I could make the smartest fiscal decision for myself. I decided to try to keep my 16 year old unit working with a band aid repair. This repair didn't work and the system continued to leak refrigerant. I then elected for the replacement of my outside unit and upstairs system. Frymire credited back 50% of the repair costs for the replacement. The next day they were able to install the unit. The technicians, David and Mitchell, completed this installation with a kind and knowledgeable demeanor. I am very satisfied with the new air conditioning and the professional level of service. I had a very positive experience and I have signed up to be become a member of their Home Maintenance Program.

We were having some issues and needed all units checked out. A very kind, knowledgable and patient serviceman (his name was Lap) came and checked everything out. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and professional. Will use them again for sure.

A/C Inspection.

**BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT**We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system and 6 yrs ago and thought they were great. We even used them annually as our maintenance and check-up w/ no issues...but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up.Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once and got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees and Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call and get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr Gold Warranty that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms and conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called and was rude to me when I called. They basically told me sorry we left you high and dry w/ 2 small kids in a house w/ no AC in the summer time. That's the customer service you can expect from WilsonStay away and find somebody worth your money that will cares about their customers. I've already filed a BBB case in hopes to resolve - civil suit to follow if they want to be crooks

Looking to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Called to schedule an appointment. but..... Was told they were not taking any new customers!!I can only assume Cornerstone Plumbing is just too busy for any foreseeable future. WILL NOT be doing business with these folks as I start building new house next year!!!
