We had Eric from Milestone visit us to evaluate our options for replacing our air conditioning system. He clearly laid out our best options, gave us pricing, and then left us alone to make a decision. We spent about three weeks comparing quotes and looking at financing options. When we called Eric back to say we wanted to go with Milestone, he said he could have a crew out the next day.When the crews arrived, one for installation of the new system and one replacing the ductwork, they were all very professional. They take care to protect your floors and walls from damage as they’re moving equipment and material in and out of the house. They did everything promised in less than eight hours and left the house clean and in the same condition they found it.Noel, Jorge S. , Aaron M. , Jorge R. , Juan, Alex, thank you for your hard work on our new AC. Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Oscar was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out my AC and figured out quickly the issue was with my thermostat. He fixed it in 5 minutes and was on his way. Would definitely call him again.

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

Colt came to our house the same day we called Xtreme Air Services. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did not push us to buy the product.J.D. and his crew Tim, and Smiley, who installed the unit, were very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and very professional. They worked so hard and got the A/C unit installed in one day. (We have a two-story house.)We made the right choice selecting Xtreme Air Services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC unit.(Thanks to Josh, another sales technician, for coming by to see us and give us some input about the service and install.)
