And while the repairs were extensive, Blake was fantastic. I called Dallas plumbing for an estimate to replace my water heater. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. However they did send a lovely gentleman within an hour to give me an estimate for $119 charge. My problem is with the exorbitant estimate. They wanted $3970 for a water heater replacement in the garage. Easy access. I called a competitor, got an over the phone estimate for HALF price! $1998 installed. Same brand, same thing. Same day install.

I enjoyed my experience with this company from the phone reception with Mr. Barbosa to schedule someone to come out. He sent some one that day. Mathew was the tech that came to inspect my units. He was professional and through. He was knowledgeable about the unit and the best ways to manage it. I had another company try to sell me a new air conditioner that I didn't need. I appreciated the personal interaction and honesty with him and will be using them in the future to service my home.

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

I had my vents cleaned and devices to improve my system. A UV light was installed along with some sort of oxygen device (not sure what it is called). The combination of the two devices will reduce the amount of allergens in the air and will help reduce the amount of dust in the house. The technician, who was absolutely the best, told me that I would not need a separate air purifier as the AC will do that now.

This company got me back in motion big time. They were professional, quick, punctual and even offer a 3 year warranty with their quote. Way cheaper than every other company I called and even some individuals through word of ml ouhh that I asked. A water line under my house broke not only did they fix it- they offered me a few different ways to go about it so I had options to choose from for the repair. They didn't overcharge my card either. Would recommend to anybody!
