The technicians and employees at Dallas Plumbing are professional and easy to work with. My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

we talked to Andy at 8:30 in the morning at 10:00 Will showed up he is a nice, good natured and professional young man. our Ac was running in 10 minutes. Will also gave us some good advise regarding our AC system. Overall we are very happy with the service

I needed to replace my water heater. Although it was a painful decision due to cost, I knew it was the right choice. The Baker Bros. technician was very professional & knowledgeable. He explained everything and worked very efficiently. I would certainly call then again.

Called them up to get an appointment for someone to look at our A/C heating. Set the appointment in 5 minutes, technician was at our home in an hour. Showed us the problem and set up the repair for the very next day.

Attempted to use this company after they solicited me at home depot for attic insulation. Original appointment was 9 to 11, at 1030 they called and claimed they were running behind, then at 430 called and said they have to reschedule. Very unprofessional, if this is how they treat a potential customer hate to see how i would be treated after they took my money.

These gentlemen worked in the most professional way they were very respectful to myself and my wife. They made sure that every thing was cleaned up properly when they left. Quincey Wesley (Comfort Advisor) knew the systems and was very helpful when I contacted him later about some issues. I would highly recommend this crew. Levy & Sons should be very proud of these gentlemen.
