I can not say enough good things about Metro Flow. Their customer service, quality of work and measure of professionalism is incredible.

They took care of my AC when it broke down. I called around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon and the manager answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next day. I received an email that they were on their way just a few minutes later. They arrived on time, quickly found the problem with a bad capacitor, changed it out, and were ready to go in no time at all. I got an email with pictures and explanations of what they did. I've had great experiences with Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning so far, including signing up for regular maintenance service. I highly recommend them.

Never go anywhere else when you want to assure that the problem can be resolved by a professional co like Accurate.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They have a national call center that answers their phones and the reps do not have access to any owner account. They ask you to repeat all of your account information each time because they cannot see your service details or account details. Company gave me a 2 hour window and did not even call to let me know they were running several hours behind. They gave me a window of 1-3pm or 3-5pm (which I was to choose) and no one called me when tech was running ours behind. I called the company to find out where the tech was. The tech that came to our home was beyond rude. And then the price was 3x more than others in the area. I would never use this company! When I asked to speak with a manager, they said that had no phone numbers or emails of anyone to contact but the 'Manager' will call you back. I asked for a 'Manager' to call back yesterday and then never did. I called again today with the exact same script given to me. You cannot cancel any appointments with the without speaking to a 'Manager' and good luck getting a hold of any 'Manager.'

Have a problem with my mini split and they diagnosed it quickly and will soon have it fixed.

My CO2 alarm, which was replaced last year by Milestone, started going off this morning at 6:30 am. Milestone had Jonathon Hebert out before 9 am at no charge, since it was in warranty. He had a replacement in the car and changed it out in just a few minutes. Also, he was kind enough to remove my stuck refrigerator filter. Thanks so much!

So after spending 20k on them... I went back to them for more business... after getting new HVAC systems installed, we discussed about doing some simple plumbing work and the sales rep told me he would get back to me on a quote... but after a few repeated follow ups, there sales rep Adam texts me like he is drunk and does not even take the initiative to help me anymore. I guess once you already made the big money, why support a returning customer? I would have paid another company more money then to deal with unprofessional annoyances like this. Brief convo below...

Very detailed inspection and very courteous was provided as has always been the case for Air Force 1. I have been using Air Force 1 for 20+years, and they are always dependable.

When I moved into my new home last year, my AC immediately went out. I went with ARS/Rescue Rooter because they offered a comprehensive, worry-free deal complete with 24 hour emergency help. Well, last night I had to use that service and the technician arrived quicker than I expected and completed the job quickly all while explaining to me everything and giving me tips on extending the life of my AC/Heat unit! Additionally, the woman who answered the phone was friendly, understanding, and made a stressful situation no longer stressful! 10/10 would recommend!

Alan was very thorough and suggested that the leak might actually be coming from an unsealed vent on the roof. We called a roofer and he was right. We really appreciate his honesty. Otherwise we would have had to tear a hole in the ceiling in search of a non-existent plumbing leak.

I had a plumbing backup Saturday. I made an internet appt request on Sunday. Called at 7:30 on Monday. And a man was here at nine o'clock! Fixed my issue in record time. Pleasant, and informative. Leo Escobar was my plumber.

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!

Jerry and his crew were professional, respectful of my home, and knowledgeable. Robert in particular helped me understand each step of the process to get my problem fixed.

I took off work for an 8am to noon arrival block. Called three times and was told each time that Plummer would be at house in 45 minutes. Finally cancelled at 2:30pm.I then called Baker Brothers and received a very quick arrival (30 min) and great service.Wilson has horrible response times and wasn't courteous enough to even call. I do not recommend them.
