RJ Romero was very kind, courteous, and explained our options in great detail. We have an older home where the original pipes under the sink were wielded. RJ installed 2 shut off valves for hot and cold along with the flexes. We are very satisfied with the repair work.

I discovered a clogged kitchen sink over Christmas. I called Reeves this morning and got an answer almost immediately. Thankfully they had some appointments today and the crew (JC I believe) showed up on time, as scheduled. They quickly diagnosed the issue and removed the clog. Fast and easy. I had a great experience and will use Reeves for any future plumbing issues at my home.

I will definitely hire this plumber again and refer them to my friends. This was the second time we have them solving our plumbing issues. They have never disappointed us and we are so glad to have them.

I had a back up at my home that I just bought. I called this company to come out and relieve the blockage. The plumber came out and relieved the blockage but told me my pipes were broken under my home and needed replacing he quoted me $36,000 to replace. After a secondary plumber came out, not one pipe broken under my home. I gave them the video of my pipes proving against his claim. I have contacted the company and informed them of what happened.Now I have a written response from them I have had 3 other master plumbers in the mean time look at my video. All say yes I do have a belly, but my pipes are in good condition and will hold up for a few more years. Mr. Rooter stands by their plumber because they do not respect their customers enough and do not care about your pocket book. Each plumber who reviewed the video said even if every single pipe in my home was broken it would still not cost $36,000 to replace them. I put that much down on this house!! I also had the testing they referred about done to my home before closing. Also they have multiple complaints on the BBB that are just like mine. They don't even take the time to write their own replies they just copied and pasted the exact personal email I received from them as you see below.

Barbosa Plumbing came by our house and I gave them a basic rundown of exactly what I was looking for. I had been through about 2-3 other ac companies that already did the legwork of figuring out what I needed and Barbosa didn't fight me on it or try to upsell me.They did a quick inspection and agreed that my house needed additional return vents. Luke got additional information from my units, went on his way to write up a quote and gave me 2 options. 1 option was a more expensive option, but he upfront told me that the cheaper option was recommended for my case.Scheduled the service the following Monday and they did what they needed to do on the promised date. The work was clean, quick and best of all - it WORKED! It fixed the exact issue I was having and I will continue to use Barbosa for any other of my hvac needs!

I was referred to Baker Brothers from the remediation company that was cleaning after the failure of my Hot Water Heater. They came the next day, replaced the water heater. In making the appointment and going over the information with the service desk, I was given a quote and approved the work. They were on time the next AM quickly replaced the water heater, politely answered my questions and the work was thorough. I will definitely use them again if I need to in the future and recommend them fully.

I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.

This company got me back in motion big time. They were professional, quick, punctual and even offer a 3 year warranty with their quote. Way cheaper than every other company I called and even some individuals through word of ml ouhh that I asked. A water line under my house broke not only did they fix it- they offered me a few different ways to go about it so I had options to choose from for the repair. They didn't overcharge my card either. Would recommend to anybody!
