After showering the shower faucet wouldn't shut off. We took apart the faucet. We tried to shut off the water to the entire house at the street but didn't have the key. We had to call the fire department to come turn off the water. The next morning (Friday) I called our landlord who couldn't send someone out until Monday. We couldn't go an entire weekend without water to the house so I asked for recommendations and was told Pure Plumbing. From Billy who answered the phone to Uriel who performed the work, Pure Plumbing was top notch. We were told someone could be there the same day. Uriel came out that afternoon and knew exactly what needed to be done and had the correct replacement part on his truck. The pricing was fair and Uriel got the job done in less than an hour. We are so grateful to have running, but not leaking, water again!

Left my info online Sunday on the website and got a same day call back. Needed 2 outdoor plugs fixed and a quote to get my outdoor lighting working again. David Stengel showed up at 8:30 am . He was very professional and knew his stuff. He explained everything well and presented me with a few estimates/options. I agreed to the work and he went and got parts immediately. Worked hard the rest of the day and now I have great modern front lighting on the house and plugs are replaced and working. And the one in the garage causing the issue on the outdoor plugs. Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
