The Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning team was phenomenal. They were honest, forthright, and thorough. This company wanted to replace everything, which sounded crazy—but the first company did not have the same circumspect approach. Two new outside Carrier Infinity AC units and three new Infinity thermostats -- the third controlling a previously installed Carrier AC/furnace. Wow, the difference in cooling and dehumidifying is remakable! Our home is much more comfortable now that the new components are installed. Especially surprising, the older AC/Furnace system works much better simply because of the new Carrier Infinity thermostat. The technician, Jackie, showed up on time and explained what my charges would be before starting the work. He was very thorough and checked before leaving to make sure my air conditioner was in working order. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with.

The service technicians are mostly polite & nice, and the customer service agent was very polite to me, but their management is awful.I hired Milestone to do replacement on my air ducts and the zoning system. It is very expensive! But I thought it would be worth it to fix the system and have better air quality and temperature control.What was mildly frustrating to me is when the initial technician came out, I asked him if we needed to do anything to prepare for the visit. He said No. Unfortunately, that was not true! I asked if the technicians would need access to the vents and was told No. But they did need access. I'm still clearing out popcorn and ceiling debris from my desk and furniture and clothing. Had we known from the start they would need access to this, we could have prepared for it.What was more frustrating was that the initial technician told me it would take 8-10 hours. It took 12 and a half. I realize that these things can take time, but yet again it would have been nice to know that from the start.What really upset me was when the tape up of a duct was missed and sealant/glue came pouring out of it for roughly 10 minutes. My family did not realize what was happening - how could we, this was our first time with this sort of repair work. We and our pets became sticky with a film, and we vacated the house. (Vacating the house was a horrible process full of panic, trying to get our pets into pet taxis and such.) Two of our family members had asthma attacks from this, one of them threw up. We then waited in a car and the garage for almost two hours. The master bathroom/closet still has a coating of sticky residue on the floor, ceiling, walls and all of the contents within.Worst of all - nobody in management cares. One of the customer service representatives was very empathetic. The technician manager was not empathetic at all! He called me about the issue and asked me What do you want me to do about it? I asked him to tell me what he could do. He followed up to offer a $500 discount and honestly just sounded irritated with me the entire time.After that - nothing. Not a word from anyone. Not a Sorry for the inconvenience. Not a What can we do better so we don't spray glue on other customers. Nothing! I was told the customer service manager would contact me and she did - she contacted me to let me know that the $500 check was on its way. When I told her I would like to cancel my advantage membership (I have been a member since 2018), she gave me the phone number to do so. Didn't ask why or anything.Mistakes happen... but this mistake was (and continues to be) really miserable and it's a sucker punch to just be blown off as an irritation when I'm the one stuck with the bill and the mess.This wasn't the first frustrating experience with Milestone, but it will certainly be the last.

We had some bad luck with a power surge during a storm. We lost two motors and a control board. Brandon was dispatched to our home to assess the two systems we have. Parts were obtained and repairs were made in less than 3 days. Brandon does high quality work while maintaining a professional and pleasant work demeanor. I will be using Baker bros always and be requesting Brandon every time for my HVAC needs.

We are not happy with the service we have received from A Star this year. We purchased a service agreement for our 27 air conditioners on our property. They were to be serviced and filters changed on a regular basis which did not happen. The only service we have had is when an air conditioner malfunctioned. Austyn was absolutely the best! We were extremely frustrated with the call center!! however, when he arrived to our home he did his best to ease the tension and the concern we had dealing with the call center. Austyn was very professional and his customer service was awesome! My family is pleased and going forward we will refer Levy because of him!

We have used Wilson since they started many years ago. They handle all of our plumbing, air conditioning and heating work. We had our A/C and heating units replaced about three years ago with the inside units moved into the attic. All their work has been done in a very timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their service personnel, telephone contact (office) people and top management are very knowledgeable of our needs. We appreciate the manner in which they have always handled our A/C and plumbing needs.
