Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Dallas TX

Great service. AC was low on Freon. Couldn’t find a leak. Said it was probably just a tiny leak. Said to watch how it does over the summer. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Would highly recommend

I have a family plan with Baker Brothers and today I had the pleasure of Zach working on my Tran system. He was amazing and was able to get it back up and running. He extremely polite and professional. Even though it took him 2 1/2 hours to reset the program and go through all of the many error codes on our Tran thermostat he never gave up! Thank you Zach I will recommend you to everyone I know.

A-Star came out to fix our Noritz tankless water heater. We'd had another company come out and they seemed lost as to what the priblem was. The A-Star techs were incredibly knowledgeable, quickly determined the issue, and were able to talk to Noritz to get the parts we need (at a discount). I highly recommend this company. Very impressed with them.

What happened to your company, Mr. Wilson? I wouldn't say that they're fast... maybe more like half-fast. 0 Stars would be more appropriate for the way this company handled their business. I wish I had told my parents to check out Yelp reviews for Wilson before they chose a plumber. It is sad to see so many unhappy customers posting recently when in the past it appears you were providing great service. The older reviews are positive, but unfortunately this is not one of those reviews.Just send them your money and be done with it because they will do poor quality work then fix it by making the problem worse. My elderly parents had Wilson out to fix a leaking toilet ring and the tech succeeded at making the toilet swivel and wobble. The leak was not fixed the first time, however he managed to make the toilet swivel and wobble like its part of an obstacle course. They eventually fixed the leak but left the toilet wobbling all over when you sit on it. Oh and they permanently damaged the floor by spilling glue on it.This would be funny if I didn't spend close to 700 dollars for the screwing. Check out their Yelp reviews if you don't believe me.
