There was some delay upfront getting the quote for my new tankless water heater installation approved due to city codes. Once that was settled, however, the rest of the process was as smooth as could be hoped. Ron and Chris and the rest of the team were very professional and courteous and advised me of their progress throughout the process. They did their best to be as quiet as possible outside of the necessary drilling. They turned the water heater on after the first day so we could still have access to hot water while they completed their work. Initially, I thought I was going to need to hire an electrician to install a new power outlet for the water heater, but Chris found a solution and was able to drill through the wall of the closet and access an outlet on the other side, which saved me time and money! When one of the crew who dug the trench for the new gas line uprooted a shrub in my backyard, Chris made a temporary mound of soil for it and watered the roots to make sure it would be survive until they could replant it. He couldn’t have known at the time, but those shrubs are my most important yard plants because they remind me of my hometown, so I am very fond of them. Finally, on the day of the city inspection, I overheard the inspector say that their work “looked really good” and gave them the green light to complete the project within a couple hours. That is the highest praise I have heard from a Richardson city inspector on a home renovation project, so I am very confident it was done well. They cleaned up the same day – for a total of 3 days for a new gas line and tankless water heater installation – all well-done and excellent service! Dallas Plumbing will be my go-to for all of my future plumbing and gas renovation projects.

Luis Percy was detailed, explained thing’s thoroughly and with great examples. Took videos of what was wrong, gave me quotes on repair, replace, and went into great detail on the nuances of each item. He was considerate, knowledgeable and obviously an expert in this field! Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Someone from Frymire called to say the technician was on the way. He arrived on time, explained how to repair our issues and began working on one of the problems while I was contemplating whether to or not to repair the other issue. In discussing the second issue with him, it was clear that it needed to be repaired. I'm happy I made the choice. Booked a technician to come out for an AC issue. Levy and Son called me when he was on his way. Arrived shortly thereafter. Juan was courteous and quickly got to the diagnosis. He found the problem and fixed all within about 30 minutes of his arrival. I have used Levy and Son for a long time on my AC and they are always efficient, knowledgeable, on-time and courteous.

**BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT**We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system and 6 yrs ago and thought they were great. We even used them annually as our maintenance and check-up w/ no issues...but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up.Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once and got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees and Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call and get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr Gold Warranty that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms and conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called and was rude to me when I called. They basically told me sorry we left you high and dry w/ 2 small kids in a house w/ no AC in the summer time. That's the customer service you can expect from WilsonStay away and find somebody worth your money that will cares about their customers. I've already filed a BBB case in hopes to resolve - civil suit to follow if they want to be crooks
