Best Water Heater in Columbus OH

I called these guys to fix the toilet leak at the floor. Plumber tried to fix the leak but it still didn't work but he still charge me $190. I understand he deserves to have his labour paid and all his purchases paid but all out of customer's pocket even when solution didn't work??

Very good place to work and grow

The first technician that came out was so fair and honest. Our hot water heater had to be drained and for him to sit there for a couple hours while it drained would have cost us a lot. He offered to come back next day and fix our problem while my husband could drain the tank. He quoted us a really fair price. Next day they send out another tech who has no idea what is going on and he is all mad at the other tech who quoted us a low price. He leaves and the nice, fair guy comes back, fixes our problem but says he is going to be reprimanded for giving us a low price. Wow. Just crazy. He was so nice and fair and did a good job and i had to worry about him getting in trouble. The other tech was crazy. He was bad mouthing the company. I was glad when he left.

We discovered a leak in the hallway of our condo building at 2pm on a Friday, and after much investigation, our management company was unable to locate the source of the leak. We called multiple plumbing companies and Waterworks was the only company that was willing/able to send a tech on a Friday afternoon/evening, and on top of that, they did not charge the after-hours rate because we scheduled prior to 8pm. The tech diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving on site (pinhole leak behind drywall), and had it repaired within an hour, doing relatively little damage to the wall and leaving the area clean and dry. The company even sent a second tech to help on his way home from his final job, to expedite our repair. The price was very reasonable - $340. We very much appreciated being able to have water for the weekend and would highly recommend Waterworks!

They did a great job. They were professional, fast and on time.
They were willing to let us use our own part as our water heater was under warranty. I prefer supporting small businesses and I will definitely use them in the future!

Tom and Zach did an amazing job. Didn't waste anytime to fix an issue that 3 other individuals from this company just simply couldn't do. They were honest and able to tell me the issues at hand and didn't beat around the bush like the other techs did. Thank you Tom and Zach!!!! The only reason for 3 stars is because of the other techs and field supervisor that couldn't help. I'd give the techs on site today 5 out of 5.

I contacted DrainMaster with a big problem. I have been getting clogs from roots in my sewer main for years and have rented machines and dealt with it on my own. This time the cable broke and I was left with a sewer snake stuck in my main. After calling around to various businesses, Charlie answered my call and was immediately helpful but not pushy at all. The team came out and ran the camera down to the snag and tried to free it with various methods for a couple hours. They gave me a very fair price for this and gave me a quote for the only solution, digging down and replacing pipe.The fact that they tried so hard to free the cable says a lot about them. Several of the businesses I called said they could do nothing but dig and replace the pipe. I hired them and they were on time, efficient, and professional. If I have issues in the future they will be the first call.

Arrival within arranged appointment window. 2 servicemen were very polite & pleasant. After a basement flood causing no hot water and calling several companies, with extremely long wait times. No hot water for more than 3 days, not being able to get the hot water heater pilot lit as it had been under water. I called Mr. Rooter late in the evening, I told them my situation, and that another company had me on a 3 week wait to get hot water! The receptionist was empathetic and polite she assured me they would get someone out if not that night the next morning for sure. As promised the tech arrived and quickly inspected the problem, ran cameras through my drainage systems and replaced my hot water heater in no time!Thank you Aaron! You have another satisfied customer! I now know I should have called Mr. Rooter to begin with. Will do business with again!

Matt was very responsive with the scheduling and Kyle the technician explained and completed the job to perfection. In a world where service calls aren't always the best experience, THE SERVICE PEOPLE, LLC were exceptional!

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.

The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!

I’m old, so I’ve dealt with numerous companies over the years. This is a quality company. Use them for all of your plumbing needs. I will!
