Yesterday, my cleaning ladies accidentally lodged the head of a toilet brush into my toilet.
I called in and was able to get on the schedule right away. Plumber Chad Flack gave me a call this morning about 30 minutes before he arrived. He told me exactly when he would arrive, he showed up 4 minutes ahead of what he advised! Super awesome! Under promise and over deliver.
Plumber Chads demeanor was courteous, respectful and he was cautious when handling the toilet water tools.
He went even further and showed me (if they issue had not been resolved) where I would have seen the problem.

What we feared was going to be a major issue turned out to be even more detailed and time consuming than expected. That being said, Nathan was fantastic. Every problem that our old house threw at him, he calmly handled and never lost his incredible professionalism. He had to call for consults, run for parts that broke off in his hands, and deal with our dog who wanted to help -- all the while keeping me informed of the problems and reassuring that he would find a solution. Fantastic service!!

Meutzel Plumbing employs competent plumbers who took care of our plumbing needs for years, but not anymore.

We called Meutzel for an estimate on installing exterior pipes to drain the water from our downspouts to the street. They sent over a fellow who walked around the property awhile, then said we needed to schedule an appointment with Meutzel’s estimator, Mike Cisar. Why didn’t they send Mike out to begin with instead of wasting our time?

I phoned Mike, and he agreed to come out two days later. This guy knows everything there is to know about yard drains, and two minutes after you meet him you feel like you’ve known him forever. What a great guy!

That was over three weeks ago, and we’re still waiting for the estimate.

In the meantime, we called a company that emailed the estimate an hour after the walk-around and have since installed our exterior pipes and those of our neighbor.

In the course of soliciting bids for the yard drain project, we found ourselves a new plumbing company. They have already done excellent work for us. While they were here, I asked them to ballpark the cost of replacing two lavatory faucets, and it was about half of what Meutzel Plumbing charged us to do that job.

He was very professional and personable. Made this unfortunate incident a little better. Thank you

Had a sewer line issue at 10:40p. Made a call to Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they were at my house in 20 minutes. Saw the problem and alleviated the immediate issue, had a crew back to my house the following morning and solved the problem completely. For the work that they did, the price was good.
