This is the second time I've had Apex at my house and I usually don't write reviews, but I was just so blown away with this appointment. Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how things worked - which is actually going to save me money. Finding a good plumbing company has been difficult, but I'll definitely be sticking with Apex for any future plumbing issues.

Dave was wonderful and the job was done well! Called at 11am to schedule an estimate on replacing 2 hose spigots and had the job done by 3pm the same day!

I was quoted $20k by a reputable company to handle the issue with my sewer and basement. I called Drainmaster, and not only was the repair a fraction of the price, it was handled within days of my initial call. 10/10 recommend!

I called this company for replacing the floor ring on my rental house toilet. They got all my information, addresses, name and phone number I was told I am going to receive a bill if I decided to let them do the job.I left the place and their technician showed up a little later, he estimated to replace the ring for $523, for a small job. And he wanted the payment up front because I wasn’t there. I told him I was supposed to receive a bill after he was done, but he said I have to pay it first before he start the job because I wasn’t there. So I had to pay. He called me less than an hour and he was done.So for a less than an hour job they charge me $523. Their customer service lied that I will receive a bill after the job is done.I don’t recommend this company, and I won’t call them again.

No call back after leaving a message. Couldn’t even get scheduled with them. Would have been a $1K-2K size job.

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.

I’m not much of a handyman. I can replace light fixtures, install a ceiling fan, anything electrical (maybe not breaker stuff). I can’t do plumbing or carpentry stuff. So, we needed to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. Faucet was leaking so we thought of replacing the sink too. There goes hiring a plumber to get this done.
Got two quotes. It’s amazing the large gap between the two companies. First one gave us a quote of less than $400 to complete the whole job of removing old sink and replacing with new one. The other one gave us a quote of $1k, $500 to remove and $500 to install.
What a big difference between the two. Same job, one less than $400, the other one 3 times more. Anyway, the job took about one and a half hours total to do. The company was very professional, cleaned the work area after the job.
Kudos to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Grove City, Ohio for a great job and a fair price!

This company is AWESOME! I called to have someone come look at my hot water heater that is leaking. Have had it for 16 years. We are aware it probably has to be replaced. Spoke with someone on the phone initially and scheduled appointment for Tuesday, July 12th but then went online to see if I could schedule an earlier appointment. Was able to schedule someone to come out to look at the hot water heater today July 9th between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. before I could even finish scheduling for another company just in case Bobby from Roto Rooter was calling. Didn't know it until my husband asks did you call Roto Rooter? It had been only 15 minutes and he was pulling up in front of our house well before 6 p.m.!! THANK GOD FOR ROTO ROOTER!! Bobby came out within less than 30 minutes of my online inquiry TODAY and replaced my hot water heater TODAY!! Bobby is AMAZING!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. This is my second time using Roto Rooter and will DEFINITELY NOT BE MY LAST TIME!! You all have GREAT PEOPLE working for you. Bobby is 1 in a million and definitely deserves ALL PAY INCREASES coming his way.

I called A 3 Aces to replace my faulty sump pump. They showed up at the house in less than 30 minutes! I had a new pump within the hour at a very reasonable price.

Came across very professional in terms of ability and knowledge, but proved equally friendly and helpful. Was very fair and transparent in cost allocation and was able to explain and further my understanding of how my own plumbing worked and any possible challenges I would face in the future due to my homes age and set up. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using his services in the future.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

Mike came out last week when my sump pump started acting up. He was on time and diagnosed my problem right away. I will owe him in mind for future plumbing issues

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service and the lady on the phone who called to schedule was completely rude. I was like ummmm how can you be so mean and short with me on our first interaction? TO SCHEDULE!

so she scheduled and told me that they would arrive between 4pm and 6pm and that the technician would call me on their way to my house. Cool!

So 4pm rolls around and I decide to leave work just to beat them to my house. I get a phone call right then that says they are at my house. I explained that I was supposed to get a phone call when they were en route and I would leave work then. He said to me well we are usually very punctual ok? But I was instructed I would get a phone call. ANYWAY! I said I am on my way home I will be there in 20min will that be a problem? And he said no we will wait

Pulled in the driveway exactly 20 minutes later and they were gone.

THANKS CALHOUN! STELLAR SERVICE! and now I get to live with my really bad issue until I can get a better company to come out. I'm not happy right now.
