I was happy with the results. Our tub was clogged up and I had no idea what to do. Pulled these guys up in google and saw the good reviews so I gave them a call. It was after hours but they have emergency 24 hour plumbing services so there was someine here in less than a hour. The plumber that showed up was named John. He knew his stuff and was in and out after he unclogged our drain. I think he could have been quicker but maybe I am just picky.

Peter was very helpful. He explained my problem to me after checking everthing over and gave me options on how to resolve my issue and patiently answered all my many questions. I will use Waterworks in the future.

Main water service line busted due to cold weather a few weeks ago. I’ve used APEX in November for a clogged kitchen drain so I knew they did great work and had upfront competitive pricing. Josh came out to check the situation and immediately knew what was going on. He was able to break down his vision and approach which helped me understand what type of work they will need to do. Crew members came out and we had water within 4-5 hours. I recommend this company and will be doing business with them in the future.

We needed a plumber in the evening because our faucet all of a sudden would not turn off. when I called I did not get a answering service but someone who could immediately help me. Mitch W. came to my house within I hour, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was kind, answered all questions and did a great job. I highly recommend Mitch and Mr. Rooter.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

I was surprised that coming out on Memorial Day there was not an extra charge. Even though the tech did not get there in the allotted time, I understand that he was completing a prior job and evidently was going to complete it before coming to my residence. Although some may have complained, I took it as him being a professional and not leaving a job undone just to hurry to the next one.As far as his work is considered, I could tell from the outset that he knew what he was doing. He did not minimize what had to be done and took the time to do it correctly.As expensive as services have become nowadays, it is reassuring to know that you get what you pay for.Thanks for the great service Charles.
