Best Water Heater Repair in Columbus OH

Update: Owner called shortly after my review to discuss his reasoning behind his practice of charging for estimates. While I still do not agree with his reasoning, I am going to update (for now) to 4 stars. Further updates may be made after our scheduled appointment tomorrow.

Not sure of other aspects of this business but 120 dollars to come out for an estimate? No thank you. Called for an estimate for a french drain and was told I'd have to pay. Doesn't seem very smart when I've now lined up 3 other contractors with just as good reviews and they're all free.

He immediately accessed the problem (toilet backed up into tub) went to basement and opened the (elbow bend) part. Found plastic pop out piece from setting up toilet 2 yrs earlier, from another company. That was the best experience, cleaned bathroom, no nasty smell (still disinfected) and the price (drum roll) $106.00. I was impelled to give a tip!!
Cheapest plumber that does excellent work.

We experienced a devastating flood and the Waterworks got our hvac and water heater fixed so quickly. In such a horrible time for our family they were so helpful and professional and easy to work with. Bobby was our hvac tech and John worked on our hot water tank, I couldn't praise them enough!

The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and got an excellent estimate for me prior to starting the job. He ran new pipe for a gas range in a complicated older home with a hard to negotiate crawl space. He was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Fritz Baumann & Sons.

Ryan was amazing!! He made sure we didn’t go without hot water for another day!! I called at 8 am and it was replaced and running before 6 pm! Super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend him!

Guys were good. Had to crawl into some VERY tight spaces... like horror film tight and claustrophobic.

Chad was great. He was early and I was very pleased I got an appointment very quickly, as my elderly parents were doing w/o their downstairs half bath. At 88 and 89 yrs. old and handicapped, this was a hardship for them. I as well am handicapped, but was nearly sure the line had some sort of small clog and they had already flooded the floor yesterday messing w/ it. It took less than 5 mins. To clear w/ a 6 ft. Auger, that’s including trip to truck, lol. Even w/ a discount it was $120 ! We had no one else to work on it immediately, so I thank them for their speediness an caring employee, and am grateful he wore a mask and gloves due to vivid. Price was only reason I didn’t give a 5 . Thanks- Lea B.

Thanks for coming to my rescue in the middle of the night! this was the 5th place i called before finding someone available. I would highly recommend their services.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.
