They came in and were able to clean the line where the first guys couldn't! He immediately accessed the problem (toilet backed up into tub) went to basement and opened the (elbow bend) part. Found plastic pop out piece from setting up toilet 2 yrs earlier, from another company. That was the best experience, cleaned bathroom, no nasty smell (still disinfected) and the price (drum roll) $106.00. I was impelled to give a tip!!

Had a water back up issue in my basement that needed immediate service. Pricing was double the price of other plumbers. Servicing was good for removing the soft blockage, but the issue was never remediated. Then when looking for a diagnosis of a long term solution , I received inconsistent information that not only did not solve the problem, but would lead to a extremely high payment for work that was unnecessary. I will not use the router rooter again.

They came out on a Sunday evening to replace a shutoff valve that would not close completely to stop water from running out of the broken dishwasher feed.

I called other businesses and this was the first who would come out same day.

After a drain backup in our basement, we got a couple of estimates for repair of the problem. Mr. Rooter was the more economical and workable option (no tearing up the basement floor!). Aaron, who described to us the process of descaling and hydro-jetting the main line, was very clear and forthright in his explanations. We knew what to expect and when. When the excavation descaling/hydro-jetting team came a few days later, they were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied that the job was done professionally and correctly. Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I found this business through recommendations of neighbors on Nextdoor. Scheduling is easy and quick. Their price is also quite fair. The first technician that came out did not install the faucet properly so I had to call them back. Next day, a more experienced technician Mike came to fix the issue and it worked. I think overall it is a fine experience but just depends on who they sent to your place to work.

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.

Had a sewer line issue at 10:40p. Made a call to Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they were at my house in 20 minutes. Saw the problem and alleviated the immediate issue, had a crew back to my house the following morning and solved the problem completely. For the work that they did, the price was good.
