I reached out for help with a plumbing issue, and I was impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of service. Overall I had a great experience.

Unfortunately, our office had a clog after hours. We originally contacted another plumber to snake the drain, but they recommended the drain be jetted. They gave us a quote which we felt was pretty high and were only able to schedule someone in the morning. We decided to call around and found DrainMaster. They were able to send someone out within the hour and jet our pipes for a fraction of the cost.

Jesse was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked hard and really did a great job. I just have a couple of issues. As a repairman you should have all tools needed to do the job. This is the second time I have had something installed and in the middle of the job I am told I got to run to the hardware store ??? Also, when you are having a conversation with potential clients you do not take a phone call and have a long conversation with someone else. That is just rude. Especially if that client is about to spend $2000.00 worth of work from your company. I think your phone call can wait.

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Worked with this company 3 times in the past year. They always give you a cable company estimate of time, some time in the afternoon, but give a 30 minute call ahead, which is much appreciated. The 1st time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up right on time. The 2nd time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up 45 min later (okay, no big deal). The 3rd time they gave the 30-min call ahead, showed up 15 minutes later, had to wait 15 min for our realtor to finish taking photos of the house, and charged us $80 extra for costing them extra time. When I questioned them on this it took 2 weeks to get a response, and the 2 weeks wait time ended with this explanationAs to not arriving until 45 minutes is because they were in traffic and it was an estimated time. So, in summary, it's perfectly acceptable for them to run late, but if they arrive early and aren't able to start immediately, expect for them to start adding on costs. Average quality work otherwise.

Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!

Had Michael H out to my house once in the winter time on Christmas Eve for my furnace and now again to service my air conditioner. He went above and beyond to make sure things were working both time and he was very helpful and professional.

Excellent communication and high quality work. My project was a bit more complicated than a simple replacement but they were able to handle with no problem. Cliff Fraley is friendly, professional, and reasonable. He does a great job of letting you know when he will arrive and is always on time. This time he helped us with installing a garbage disposal and replacement of sink drains. In the past he installed new toilets, the sump pump, and cleaning drains both inside and outside. He educates us on the areas he works on so that we can maintain our home better. We have referred him to our neighbors and friends, and everyone is pleased with his work.
