Technician was very nice and and seemed knowledgeable, however, the price quoted to do the job was way too high. Plus I had to pay 89.00 just to get the Estimate. I am having someone else do the same work for a fraction of the cost.

My furnance went out on Sunday and I had another provider come out and tell me I needed an entire new one. I quickly scrambled and called Carpenter for a second opion - they came out within an hour and fixed my furnace for a fraction of what a new one would cost.

I did exterior shutter replacement.
The staff on the phone and the technician were both kind and professional. The technician cleaned up all the boxes of the materials as well. He also noticed the window caulking was deteriorated badly, so he fixed that on the spot quickly. Additional cost but he saved me from potential water leak!
It was worth the money!!
The only change I would like to see is that the office needs to communicate with the technician and tell the customer that if the technician is coming early. I was lucky that I was working from home on that day and had no meeting but my technician showed up 2hrs early. It might not have worked that well.
