I needed to have new tank installed and they were very knowledgeable regarding the mechanism of failure and provided a very clean, efficient, affordable, and professional install. Tom and Zach did an amazing job. Didn't waste anytime to fix an issue that 3 other individuals from this company just simply couldn't do. They were honest and able to tell me the issues at hand and didn't beat around the bush like the other techs did. Thank you Tom and Zach!!!! The only reason for 3 stars is because of the other techs and field supervisor that couldn't help. I'd give the techs on site today 5 out of 5.

CLB did not show up to the appointment they scheduled. I called the office and left a VM which they never returned. I called another company who was able to disagnose the issue over the phone saving me $75.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

I did some tile jobs for this company in Indiana and never ask money at front and I pay material when the job was finished the owner chuck ball ask me why so much and wanna payme less after that he start lying about things I say if something there you don't like we here to fix but he say no we not allowed there and they don't wanna pay me more than 5,000 dollars I don't recommend this company they need to pay
