Arthur was friendly, not overbearing. He quickly shared his observations and delineated potential liability ($ and aesthetic) but was upbeat and positive. This Waterworks job cost me 1/3 of my mental estimate (this wasn't my first plumbing rodeo), and if I regretfully need a plumber in the future, I will be contacting Waterworks again. This is the fourth time I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing. Each time they are always very reliable and knowledgeable. Their hourly rate is very reasonable for 2022. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced by Anthony. He was very friendly and quick. He tested it and made sure there was no leaks or issues. Had him check my sump pump for a concern I had and he was honest and suggested to leave it as I had it. I am guessing most companies would have fixed it and charge me an extra hour. Definitely will continue using their service in future needs. Thank you.

After contacting this company about our water main leak Dave arrived the same day to look at the issue. He gave us a quote and we were able to communicate with him to schedule a repair between the holidays and severe storm. While a few unexpected issues came up he did everything possible to replace the line as intended. He went above and beyond to ensure everything worked properly and ensured all work areas were cleaned up. He was timely, showed up when promised, got the job done, and stuck around to make sure it was all good. He even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was working and cleaned up appropriately. We highly recommend and would use again.

I've used Calhoun twice now and each time they are on time and get the job done right. The first time was to install a gas line from my basement to the kitchen so that we could install a gas range. The second time was for a leak in our basement. John came out and was running ahead of schedule. He called before coming out to make sure we were available for the early arrival. He listened to our theories and found the very likely source of the leak without any damage to the house. He will be back to make sure it's correct and put the permanent fix into place. We feel very comfortable with the Calhoun plumbers in our home and they have been so nice and very reasonably priced.
