Called them last night for a water main break repair. I had the city turn off the water. So I asked if they could come the next day. They came at 8:30am fixed the problem and didn't overcharge for the service.

Called before arrival, professional, followed COVID protocols, quick work and great price! Will be go to for future plumbing needs.

Bobby was very professional and fixed the leak under our kitchen sink from broken and wrong sized pipes and a clamp from the dishwasher drain hose. He gave a clear description of the issue and remedied it promptly.

Charlie, went above and beyond. We spoke to the warranty company who told us we could replace the water valve for free or get a new water heater installed for $500.00. We were still in the hospital after delivering our daughter so we chose the free option because of the already astronomical cost for having a child. Charlie took the time to call us and to explain why it was a much better choice to replace the water heater for $500.00 instead. Our current water heater was about 9 years old and had already outlived it's estimated life expectancy. If we got the valve replaced and anything else went wrong with it there would be no warranty coverage left for this calendar year to repair it. The new water heater, was a significantly better product, came with a 6 year warranty, and replacement parts are readily available. Parts for our old water heater would have taken more than a week to get. He answered ALL of our questions and we confidently and happily chose the new water heater. Our new water heater was installed 2 days later. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job. We are very happy. Thank you so much. A little more expensive than I thought. Was charged a full hour for a 10 minute service call.

We called and explained that water was still coming into our basement and we really needed their help. They arrived within the hour. They replaced our sump pump and explained how water got into our basement. The service was excellent. We would highly recommend them.

Had a frozen hose that was leaking into the basement the day after Christmas. These guys picked up right away and were able to come out with in a few hours. No mess or sale pitch just got the job done for me.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Plumbing 1 team came out to help check out lines to make sure we had no blockages. They took care of all of our issues and addressed all concerns. Tom and JD did a fantastic job and we will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs.
