This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

Roto-RooterRepresentative Brian did a excellent job fixing my outside Water hose pipe. It burst and water went everywhere inside my basement. He was very knowledgeable in the repair and he was very quick in fixing the problem. The labor was a little extensive but was worth it because of the piece of mind that fixing the problem gave me. Brian was here about 15 minutes and was off and out the door.Thanks Brian!

I had Waterworks come out to repair a few things on my new house. Mike was very low pressure (unlike my water heyo) and told me what could be fixed without trying to sell me more services. Not a bad price for four long term fixes. Glad to have a new valve, an unclogged drain, hot water in the shower, and properly installed pipes under the kitchen.

Gus was extremely friendly and thorough. He gave the quote and performed the install (fridge water line) in about an hour and a half. Also took the time to explain about flushing the water filter for the new fridge.

They were on time and did a great job and were very nice and polite. Thanks I will recommend others to use services.

Repaired drain line and cleaned drain,

John was wonderful! Took the time to listen to my problem and helped trouble shoot what could be going on. He gave suggestions of what can be done if the drain backs up again. This is the second time (different issue) I've worked with John and he is always professional, courteous, and honest. Will definitely call ARS again if needed!

Jared from Mr. Rooter responded quickly and installed a garbage disposal very neatly. He even checked my sump pump as he could tell I was worried because it was coming on so often. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. My gas was shut off due to a code violation I called to have them come out to fix the problem they were able to do it the very next day bright and early and the price was nowhere near any of their competitors for any Plumbing issues I will definitely use them again

Told me I was wrong about what needed done and done something completely different than what I Said, which didn't work, then did what I requested done in the first place and 3 minutes later was done, but charged me for All of it.. then cleaned up using My daughters freaking bath towel.
