Plumbing & Drain Professionals provided quick service when our hot water heater went out. We called late in the evening and they had techs here early the next morning. The techs arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. It was so nice to get quick and reliable service. We will not hesitate to call them for future needs.

Easy online scheduling and they were prompt in updating me when the technician was going to be delayed outside scheduled time. Chris was friendly and very professional.

John just left on a Friday before holiday weekend. roots in my sewer line and sewer backing up on the first day of a four-day weekend. called water works and one of their young professionals showed up an hour later fixed the issue in 30 minutes and we are back in business! I can't tell you how professional it was to have someone like John handle this issue for us. thank you John!

I am torn writing this review. Had a tub leak and another plumbing item I needed worked on in my new / old house. Was getting quotes and Apex was able to send someone out within an hour of calling, that sealed the deal. Tub leak was fixed quickly. Was probably a little more expensive than the competition but hey it was done the same day and fast.The other item was a main shut off valve replacement. That I got a quote of around $960 for the replacement. Had someone from the city replace a water meter and he told me I could do it myself if I wanted and it wasnt too hard but I am not going to mess around with that stuff. So got 5 other quotes. All 5 were right around 200 bucks for labor and materials. Almost 800 bucks is quite the difference.I would say that for smaller stuff that you may need done fast, Apex may be worth it but definitely get more than 1 quote.

The tech was very professional. He explained what he was doing and how to prevent the buildup in the future.

Sewer cleaning

ARS was very professional and came out the same day I called. Evan who worked on our pipe problem was on time and fast. I would defiantly recommend ARS and Evan to friends and family. I will use them again for any other future issues I have.

These two very knowledgeable techs came out to the house. They recognized that a special-order plumbing fixture needed to be ordered.
Mr. Alvin, and Taylor were very polite...wore masks and shoe covers....
For, the time being, they simply charged a modest Service Call.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

The service I received from Antwan was excellent. He returned my call, set up the appointment and showed up on time. He performed the work efficiently and effectively then had me check it to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to someone needing a plumber.

Gary was prompt, polite, and friendly. He answered any and all questions. He also disconnected and reconnected a gas line and moved a stove so new flooring could be installed. Does excellent work.

I've only heard bad things about this business, and have finally heard enough to leave a review to remind myself to never use them if the need should arise. Shoddy work, failure to follow up or remedy issues that were paid for, and overall lack of professionalism is all I hear about Calhoun. Avoid this plumber.
