Our Serviceman, Trevor was knowledgeable, pleasant and worked extremely hard on my kitchen drain. As my grandson was asking questions about employment, he explained the application and training process and gave positive input about your company. On a Saturday morning my sister had a break in the pipe from the water main into the house so shutting off the main water valve in the house did nothing. The fire dept had to be called to shut off the water, and then roto rooter was called to make the repair and begin drying out the house. Thankfully she was home at the time and neighbors ran down with a shop vac to clean up water while waiting for the fire dept. Repair was made in a timely fashion and the initial damage assessment was made the same day. Fans and dehumidifiers were put in place the next day (all this over Memorial Day weekend) and readings taken daily until able to be removed on Thur. The quick action meant that needed repairs in the 9 mo old house are minimal thankfully. All the roto rooter employees we dealt with were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Jason came out to work on our toilet that was clogged. He assessed the situation and felt a new toilet was in order. He went and got one ( American standard ) and installed it. He was very professional and pleasant. I would ask for him again if the need arises

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Amazing amazing service...... Where do I start?? We had went through very frigid subzero temperatures and as we are use to we dripped our water..... I woke up at 7am Friday Feb 1 after traveling 26 days to hearing gushing water under my house...... Quickly shut everything off and went to search for local plumbers...... I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because the reviews were great, the young lady that answered the phone told me she would have plumber call me.... Within a minute I received the call explained the situation and he advised and told me they would call to schedule me..... I called them to save the time and we set up for Monday at my request because we were single digits.....

I received a call back a couple hours later and they didn’t want us to go without so they squeezed us in for Saturday The Next Day!!!

Jeff was our amazing plumber that showed up to assess the situation and see if it was viable to fix that day. Having to make several trips to get the parts he had our water back on within a very short time and I cannot begin to say how quick, efficient, and thorough Jeff was!

They are very professional when you can get them to show up. They did an excellent job the first time, but I've called 3x to schedule an appointment to fix another issue and they say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't gotten a call back.

This is the fourth time I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing. Each time they are always very reliable and knowledgeable. Their hourly rate is very reasonable for 2022. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced by Anthony. He was very friendly and quick. He tested it and made sure there was no leaks or issues. Had him check my sump pump for a concern I had and he was honest and suggested to leave it as I had it. I am guessing most companies would have fixed it and charge me an extra hour. Definitely will continue using their service in future needs. Thank you.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Water Heaters Now. They were professional, quick and handled all my needs. Will use them again.

I would certainly not recommend this company. We had a guy come out over the winter to install a sub pump. He did a great job but said he wanted to come back in the spring to check for gaps from the outside and to call and make an appointment. We called in May and the lady that answered said she had no record of that visit and would need to look into it so we could have the same technician. After a few days, I didn't hear back so I called again. She said she found me in another system ( um ok) but would have to call me back to schedule the appointment. I wasn't sure why but I agreed. This lady is VERY hard to understand and seems to mumble all of the time. So again, I never heard back from her and had to follow up. When I spoke with her the next time, she said that technician was on vacation for the next month and then booked until the end of July. I was shocked and told her I was glad this wasn't an imminent issue and confirmed the appointment. About 2 weeks before the appointment, unfortunately, we had to reschedule. My husband called and made a new appointment. I was grateful he got through and seemed like everything went smoothly. Well, the morning of the appointment, he called to see if he could find out approximately what time in the 4 hour window, the technician would be there. The same lady said she didn't know but he would receive a call about 30 minutes out. The lady never asked for his name or address. As it got later and later in the day, we never heard from anyone . Both my husband and I called and left several messages throughout the day but no one ever picked up or called us back. No one ever showed up either. It has been several weeks since then and we still haven't received a call or explanation. Needless to say, we have reached out to other more responsive companies. I am just dumbfounded by the lack of urgency and complete failure of communication and would never reach out to or recommend them.

Great experience, fantastic company. They were able to come out quick and get my water heater replaced.
Price for work was very fair and there were no surprise charges at the end...price was as stated.
They include a 6 year warranty on my heater as well.
Highly recommended!

Had a leak in my water supply. David Doran tightened the valve stem packing nut, stopped the leak. I recommend D&L. Fantastic job.
