We had several people out who were unable to fix it, but Nathan was able to figure it out. It makes such a difference when a service provider is a problem solver. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is that Rotorooter took several days to get someone to come out.

Had already been stood up by a local pumber after waiting for them to come out for two weeks. I called WW on a Wednesday after work and they were able to send someone out the following day.(Shower drain not draining, old plumbing).They showed up on time, got the drain cleared in under an hour. The two guys they sent were very polite, thorough, and did not leave a mess. They explained what they were going to do, how much it should cost, and how much it could cost if things didn't go as planned.I will call them again in the future (though I hope I don't have to).

Dusty was awesome! We needed the water line replaced (upgraded) for our fridge. Also, we knew the water heater and sump pump were original to our house, and we were lucky they were both still working, but not well. He was able to quote us for sump pump with battery backup and App monitoring, a 50 gal water heater for the price of a 40 gal, and the water line fix. Everything was good to go, they did all of the work same day while we were working and it was a very smooth process. Now we have more peace of mind for these mechanicals and hopefully fended off an emergency down the road. Thank you!

Brian from Roto Rooter was very professional and provided me all options that would work in the best of my interest. He thoroughly guided me through on what could be going on in my downspout drainage while cleaning. Although, there wasn’t much of a blockage but he was able to diagnose that there is water retention due to belly formation in drainage. Brian was very courteous and very informative. Mr Rooter, specifically Connor W, responded promptly to sewer back up issues at my rental. They gave me a fair price, showed pictures, and arrived promptly at the time promised. They solved a big issue for me and ensured safety for tenants. A friend recommended me to use The Service People to inspect my condo for leaks. The condo association was trying to charge me $400 for the water bill that was combined and divided between 4 units in the building. I thought there was no way possible for me to use that much water being to only person in my unit, doing 2-3 loads of laundry per week, I ran the dishwasher 2-3 times per week and took very short showers.

He found zero leaks in my unit, I submitted the inspection report and they reduced my bill in half. Still too much but it helped convince the condo association to get individual meters.

Great service and very reasonable price. I called them back 2 more times. Once for a toilet replacement and then a garbage disposal replacement.

I was having difficulty scheduling a day with any plumber to come look at a leaky toilet (nonemergency) until I called Accurate Plumbing. I appreciated Mike finding a time on the busy schedule to send someone out for a relatively minor issue and John for the excellent work and feedback while he fixed the issue at my house. I'm really quite thankful for both the quality work and customer service Accurate Plumbing provided when I wasn't getting it elsewhere.

They've helped me out with emergency service 3 times now. A clogged downspout, sewage lime blockage in my finished basement, and a dead sump pump during heavy rain. Satisfied every time!

When you call them they do not disclose that there is a service fee. Yes pretty standard but I asked and they said no. Then they did not know much about the part I needed. $1200 to change and install. That part I can buy off the shelf at Home Depot Lowes or Menards for $750. That means $450 for an install of 1 hour of work. Very pricey. I would not use. I paid $99 for 30 seconds to verify what I told them over the phone. A waste of time and money. This is a very poor customer experience and not worth going through. Save your time and money and use someone else.

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Extremely professional. Very open and honest pricing. We had a toilet that was constantly running and getting clogged. Mike gave us some options and pricing up front. He also gave us some prevention tips for the future.

From scheduling to services…I can’t speak highly enough about them. They were able to fit me in within a two day window. Anthony found the source of my leaks immediately and fixed all four of my issues within a two hour time frame. He was clean and respectful of my home and my space. And now I have a dry basement. Their rates are extremely reasonable too, which is great because plumbing rates vary so drastically. I will forever recommend their services and will use them again should I have any other plumbing issues arise.

Working with Water Heaters Now was an execellent experience. They replaced an old tank water heater in our new home with a tankless unit.

My first discussion was with John, who was incredibly thorough walking me through all of the things to consider when making a change like this. He was upfront, honest, and never made me feel any sales pressure. When a spot freed up a day earlier than expected, he called and got us scheduled for the next day.

Nate was responsible for the installation and was exceptional. He was on-time, incredibly courtious, and professional. He listened to my ideas about where to run a new gas line and went above and beyond to make sure the drywall repair was minimal. During a very involved install, he made sure to explain everything in detail to me. He followed up with a phonecall a week or so later to double check and make sure everything was good.

I shopped around a bit and of all my conversations, both John and Nate came across as being the ultimate experts in the field. I couldn't be more happy with the results.
