I had tried to sort it myself, and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and why. and advised me on some basic in home things I could look at if I ever had a problem in the future. The company itself was quick to update me on my originally scheduled appointment day, and worked with me to reschedule when that day didn't work. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
