Best Water Heater Repair in Columbus OH

Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great

Showed up one hour early & took care of an ugly problem that took far longer than usual because of the owner (me) not doing proper preventative maintenance. Would call Roto Rooter again in a heartbeat.

Called Waterworks due to a main sewer line clog. Service was prompt. Problem was fixed professionally. Technician not very friendly but forgivable as he did effectively remedy the problem - my son had been flushing supposedly flushable wipes and they had accumulated in the line. We have since stopped using. Said WW would not guarantee the work if they did not also view the line with a camera, with me paying the hourly rate for the work. I agreed to the camera work as I wanted the work on my main line to have a guarantee. He then told me that due to the age of my line and it's condition he would not guarantee work and documented this on the work order. He said I should consider replacing main line. I asked for a copy of the camera recording so I could consult with a colleague who has extensive experience managing city sewer lines. He said no problem but I never received the video recording. So although the problem was fixed I paid extra time for essentially nothing. I told my colleague exactly what I had seen in the live review of the sewage line with the tech and he said that essentially the tech's assessment was inaccurate and the camera use is essentially a tactic to convince homeowners to make a high-value repair when it's not necessary. I have used WW twice as they are close and make prompt emergency calls but I think this experience has convinced me to look elsewhere.

Amazing company and wonderful employees. I can't say enough good things about Keenan, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and explained the whole process and went over option for me. Another great thing is it took just under 2 hours from the time he got here and looked at everything to give me a quote to the time it was installed and ready to go. This is the second time i used them for a plumbing issue and won't be the last. If you want fast, reasonable and competent work, i don't see how you can go wrong with this company. Nicole was so thorough and professional. Roto-Rooter was very responsive to our plumbing emergency.

Tina took care of our problem very well. We were very satisfied with her work. And she cleaned up after herself very well. In fact she even discovered a problem another plumber had caused. She did say her supervisor would follow up with us concerning possible next steps and we have not heard back from him.

John showed me our broken sewer line with the camera they have. He has been here before and helped us with another issue . That is why we went back to him again .

Matt showed up to my house within 30 minutes of calling them and I must say he was awesome. He explained everything to me and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. In the future if I have anymore trouble and need a plumber, they will be the people I call for sure.

We've had Tony and Matt come out a few times to fix various issues with our new house. Their quotes have been lower than the competitors, and each time they've gotten the job done quickly and effectively. I've found them to be upfront and honest about the problems they see - they will offer the right solution, not the solution that would take the longest and earn them the most money. Each time we've needed them, we've managed to schedule appointments within a few days. One time we needed to order a part, and it did take several weeks longer than they estimated, and I had a hard time getting in touch with them to follow up, but once the part came in we quickly scheduled an appointment and got the work done. They are definitely our go-to plumbers in Columbus.

Our disposal was very clogged. Chris was very responsive and arrived on time. He worked hard and was very neat. He fixed the disposal and related drainage issues. His charge was reasonable. Chris also made some helpful suggestions. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+
