Best Water And Sewer Lines in Columbus OH

Found out my hot water tank was leaking from the rim. It is in the basement so by the time we realized this, there is an inch of water and our laundry room and bathroom are flooded. I called and John instructed me on shutting of the water to the tank and draining it to stop the leak. They had a crew out first thing in the morning with a tank and new plumbing. They worked fast and were very pleasant. Thank you Brian and Joey for getting this done so fast. The new setup looks incredible. I will definitely use this company again.

I called Waterworks to repair my water heater. They were available within a few hours and were very professional and courteous at a fair price. I recommend them for plumbing related needs.

Steve Baumann returned my initial Saturday phone call the same day and, after asking the relevant questions, arranged an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The crew (Jacob and Steve's son Brett) arrived as expected with everything they needed to complete the job. They were professional, competent, and polite. They took time to explain everything to me and clearly cared about the quality or their work and my experience. I was very pleased.

Rob and his assistant did an amazing job with our project! We got them to move some plumbing around for a sink and fridge that we moved. They were out within a week for the quote and again to do the actual work even with having to reschedule several times. I can assure you that this was not a fun job since it involved a dirty/muddy military crawlspace and a hose to wash off and clean up, but they got the job done, and it looks good! We were a little concerned to hire a plumber based off Google reviews alone rather than a recommendation from a friend, but we were not disappointed. We will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs!

We had a slow drain in our tub and lots of gurgling in the sink next to it. It wasn't an emergency but I did want to get the drain line cleared before it turned into one. I decided to try DrainMaster based on the great reviews. Tina came out this morning and did a great job. Not only did she do a thorough job, she was good with explaining what she did and offered advice on how to help keep the drain clear. I would definitely call DrainMaster again.

After looking at my disconnected exhaust pipe on gas water heater tgey gave me a quote and came back the same day to repair. They did not have to replace any pipes but connected and secured the pipe

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done! Same day service, rent with us being under a level 2 snow warning. Steve was here promptly and found the leak. Less than 45 minutes total, super guy!! The young lady answering the phone Marquette (probably misspelled it) was awesome as well. Very happy with service, highly recommend. Wish I could give more stars.

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service and the lady on the phone who called to schedule was completely rude. I was like ummmm how can you be so mean and short with me on our first interaction? TO SCHEDULE!

so she scheduled and told me that they would arrive between 4pm and 6pm and that the technician would call me on their way to my house. Cool!

So 4pm rolls around and I decide to leave work just to beat them to my house. I get a phone call right then that says they are at my house. I explained that I was supposed to get a phone call when they were en route and I would leave work then. He said to me well we are usually very punctual ok? But I was instructed I would get a phone call. ANYWAY! I said I am on my way home I will be there in 20min will that be a problem? And he said no we will wait

Pulled in the driveway exactly 20 minutes later and they were gone.
