We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair.

We were having issues with our garbage disposal leaking, as it was not properly installed. Roto Rooter was amazing. They were to send someone out the same day to fix the issue. John (tech 1482) was great!! Our disposal was a mess and was not an easy fix but John got it all back in working order without having to replace the entire disposal. He was very professional, explained the entire process and was so friendly!! I will definitely request him in the future!

Excellent service from making the call to schedule, through completion by the technician. Customer service rep was very responsive and informative and got us scheduled within the next hour! Tech was friendly, informative, and cleaned up the area well when finished. We highly recommend this company!!!

Tom removed our old hot water heater and found leaky pipes. He replaced the pipes and installed the water heater with a pan because our basement is finished. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would call Fritz Baumann Plumbing again!

The service was amazing from Apex Plumbing pros. Josh quickly came out, reviewed my issue, quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through to the estimate. He was able to fix the issue the same day, took plenty of pictures and walked me through the issue. He was super friendly the entire time, chit chatted with me while explaining the process and even gave me a company to contact for dry wall repair as well. Will be using Apex plumbing in the future and cannot recommend Josh enough!

After our basement flooded,the assessment guy Nathan was great, prompt, friendly and very detailed and walked us thru our options. They gave a followup callback even though i had other options. Luther came next for the estimate. He was a caring & professional and he won me over & ended up doing the job. Quick, thorough and helped me move some things back in place. Install a pressure valve and clean up plumbing. Brandon was professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. I plan on using their services again. Highly recommend Brandon!!

A friend recommended me to use The Service People to inspect my condo for leaks. The condo association was trying to charge me $400 for the water bill that was combined and divided between 4 units in the building. I thought there was no way possible for me to use that much water being to only person in my unit, doing 2-3 loads of laundry per week, I ran the dishwasher 2-3 times per week and took very short showers.

He found zero leaks in my unit, I submitted the inspection report and they reduced my bill in half. Still too much but it helped convince the condo association to get individual meters.

Great service and very reasonable price. I called them back 2 more times. Once for a toilet replacement and then a garbage disposal replacement.

Chris was easy to communicate with, arrived when he said he would and was honest in his assessment of our situation. He provided multiple suggestions for repair and was able to solve the problem in one visit. I would highly recommend and will use his services in the future.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.

Very helpful and did a great job. James was very patient with me and my 95 year old mother. Thank you for your help and service.
