Best Tankless Water Heater in Columbus OH

Yesterday, my cleaning ladies accidentally lodged the head of a toilet brush into my toilet.
I called in and was able to get on the schedule right away. Plumber Chad Flack gave me a call this morning about 30 minutes before he arrived. He told me exactly when he would arrive, he showed up 4 minutes ahead of what he advised! Super awesome! Under promise and over deliver.
Plumber Chads demeanor was courteous, respectful and he was cautious when handling the toilet water tools.
He went even further and showed me (if they issue had not been resolved) where I would have seen the problem.

I Kathryn Friend requested this company to help with my A/C...I did have problems due to the fact that a credit card did not pass on time ....However the gentleman showed up in time to Save us from having to suffer throughout the holiday weekend. I have dealt with this company SEVERAL times with plumbing and HVAC. This is the ONLY COMPANY I will EVER use. Please consider my post and TRUST in this company.

After getting two other estimates, Guss and his co-worker came to the house and talked with me about my options for a hot water tank replacement. Both were very knowledgeable which put me at ease. Then I got a very competitive estimate. Guss said they could do the job right now. Got a great deal on financing and they got the work done super fast and it looks very professional. Great job! They came after I discovered a gas leak and was shut off by the utility company. The technician was very polite professional and safe, explained the issue, describe the repair and work with me alongside the home warranty company to validate coverage. Once authorized, promptly made the repair and the utility company was contacted And the gas is back on! We appreciate all your help!!!!

The people that work there are nice however I had to have someone from Muetzel come out to fix my boiler 2x and it still didn't work. I then had another company who came and found the actual problem but told me I had to replace my whole boiler because the manufacturer didn't make the parts anymore. They referred me to Muetzel for a new boiler. I finally had someone that works at my location look at it and he fixed it so now it works. Although Muetzel did give me a small discount they are still asking for payment of a service that didn't fix my problem. Very dissatisfied.

Mr Rooter, specifically Connor W, responded promptly to sewer back up issues at my rental. They gave me a fair price, showed pictures, and arrived promptly at the time promised. They solved a big issue for me and ensured safety for tenants. I am giving this review based on the Technician Matt. He was professional, pleasant, kind and knew his skill. Thank you Matt for all that you did. It is appreciated. Not having a water heater for a week during winter is an eye opener.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

We had all 3 of our toilets replaced and two of them needed some extra care. The gentleman that came out were awesome. They replaced all our toilets, hauled all of them aways, and were super clean. They were done in about 2 hours and were reasonably priced in my opinion. Highly recommend if you need a plumber and are Hilliard/Columbus.

I am very picky about what contractor I let work on my home. Unfortunately, most contractors can not perform their job to my expectations nor to my level of attention to detail.

I am HAPPY to say that Miller-Ranney Cantrell did a WONDERFUL job replacing my water service line. I obtained three quotes from licensed plumbing professionals. Miller-Ranney Cantrell's price was very fair and the work performed was flawless. Everyone I spoke to at this company was friendly and knowledgable. The receptionist/scheduler that I spoke to on the phone was great. Tom Ranney was able to come to my home and give me an estimate within a few hours of me calling and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The crew that arrived to perform the work was very hard working, considerate of my home and property, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their level of attention to detail was impeccable!

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.
