I was charged 70 bucks for a service call and told I needed a new control board,spec special order 5 or 6 hundred bucks plus the same amount for installation of new stuff. second opinion 50$ for a new ingnitor. Saved 950$. What a scam I don't recommend Hilliard's plumbing ripoff to anyone. totally bad experience

Water heater started leaking unexpectedly. Water Heaters Now was responsive over the weekend (rare) and we were able to schedule an appointment to have it replaced first thing Monday morning. They were very courteous and respectful and fairly priced. They are listed by Rheem as a pro partner and it shows.
