Best Tankless Water Heater Replacement in Columbus OH

Just had Jim from waterworks here this morning to look over a leaky toilet,we were concerned we may need a new toilet to correct the issues,but Jim fixed the issues we were having and everything is back to working perfectly

Communication has been superb and installation was completed professionally. They were able to provide a direct replacement for our water heater which was atypical for most residential applications. Most of their competitors wouldn’t even consider installing a direct replacement (even though the replacement heater was available).

Would have given it a thumbs down if i could kid (Nash)came to my house at 4 when my time frame was 10am -2 pm shows up with a bad attitude while i was still working 7 min away looks not inspect my situation tells my son 315.00 dollars never calls me when i told the lady nice lady on the phone my situation an he left said he will be back tomorrow then called him back to do the work an once again they sent him back(the boy) yep showed up with a bad attitude would not even come in my house to do the work so me being me i sent him home an called Roto rooter who was at my house with in a hour got the job done an did it with a smile just call roto rooter dont waste your time .....

Manager Chad saved the day when the work completed by a very nice, hardworking young man just needed a few small adjustments after some repairs were made. Chad made a quick stop later in the day to check it out and then tightened the nuts on our new and old valves which saved us the expense of an additional service call to fix another leak.

Mark was beyond amazing at getting my garbage disposal replaced. He went above and beyond by calling my Warranty company and getting this covered as this was a second opinion service call. The first service place that my warranty sent out was useless. Mark arrived in the time frame set for me (a little early actually) and got the whold thing taken care of in about an hour. I am forever grateful for Mark and The Service People team for getting this resolved and in the future I will make sure that I ask for this company to be sent out for any of my future plumbing needs through the home warranty.

Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Had to replace water heater after a basement flood. My usual plumber couldn’t come out for 10 days. Called Only Water Heaters at 1:45 pm on a Friday and they said they could do it that day at 4! Tim showed up at 4:05 and was finished in an hour. Nice guy - my cat liked him! Also, the price they quoted me on phone included tax. Definitely recommend.

I rarely post comments online. I am actually looking for a plumber to replace my water heater so I pulled out my folder of invoices from past plumbers we've used. I'm using them to jog my memory on who was good and who was not. I remember this one guy fixed my leak, but left a small mess after repairing a leak at my water meter in the basement. Reading these other posts, I was thinking that I shouldn't use these guys. Then wait! I had used them before. They fixed my leak, but I also evaluate service technicians on their professionalism and dedication to not just fixing the problem but leaving their work area as clean or cleaner than when they arrive. These guys did not so the other 1 star posts do not surprise me.

Extremely professional. Very open and honest pricing. We had a toilet that was constantly running and getting clogged. Mike gave us some options and pricing up front. He also gave us some prevention tips for the future.

We had all 3 of our toilets replaced and two of them needed some extra care. The gentleman that came out were awesome. They replaced all our toilets, hauled all of them aways, and were super clean. They were done in about 2 hours and were reasonably priced in my opinion. Highly recommend if you need a plumber and are Hilliard/Columbus.

John was great in the phone, explained everything and was able to schedule a technician within an hour if my call. Jake the technician was great. Polite, nice and was in and out.

Mike was on the job within two hours of my initial phone call and I was 30 minutes away. The repair was completed quickly, neatly and professionally. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. I highly recommend.
