Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Columbus OH

After my inquiry, they called promptly to schedule service for the next day. Service tech Christian was very nice, professional and informative, even cleaned up afterwards.

Keith came out once to evaluate whether I should go with a tankless water tank initially. He was very informative and answered every question I had, even one non related to a new tank. He then came out to install my new hot water tank (I didn't go with tankless) and did a good job with that. Again, he answered every question and was very accommodating to any special requests I had. I also had a good experience with the office when I called to make my appointments. I would use this company again!

The young man who came to my home was very polite. He took a look at the issue I was having with water backing up in the sink next to the washing machine. He explained what the problem was and gave me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and how quickly he fixed the issue after a neighbor who had the same issue not long ago was charged a lot more by another company.
I will definitely be recommending and contacting Drain Master for any future plumbing needs.

I had a backup in my sewer drain in the basement. Technician came out and it turned into a total debacle. Instead of placing his smaller snake directly into the floor drain, he fed the snake down the PVC pipe that runs from the basement floor up to the kitchen. This PVC pipe also has a Y coming off it where I hook the washer drain hose - this is where he fed his snake. Not only did this NOT fix the problem, he broke the PVC pipe off at the floor. I had to help him figure out which pieces he needed to repair the PVC.Then he got the big snake out of his truck and removed the toilet in the basement as an entry point for this snake. Why he did not use the sewer line clean out plug in the basement is beyond me. Using the access point where the toilet was, he finally got the sewer line open - TEMPORARILY!! Two weeks later the same thing happened so I called a different plumbing co. If this wasn't enough, I didn't watch him when he was putting the PVC pipe back together that he broke. The next day when I was running water in the kitchen and using the washing machine, I noticed the PVC pipe was leaking at the joints. After I looked closer, the joints were loose. The guy didn't even bother to clean and glue the joints. ALL HE DID WAS STICK THEM TOGETHER - UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I had to have a friend of mine who does plumbing to come over and we took the joints apart and put it all back together the correct way.. I'm not finished. When he was going back and forth to his truck trying to figure out what pieces he needed to repair the PVC, he got frustrated so he stopped using the foot covers. As a result, he tracked sewer water up the steps and over the area rug in the front room. I had to pay to get all this cleaned as well.

I am very happy with the service I received. David is very professional and answered a lot of my questions.My only hesitation is with the cost of the repairs. I know everything is becoming more and more costly, but my Social Security budget is crying right now.Otherwise, I am glad to have my home repaired! And David is a Nice Guy!

We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!

Replumbed entire house for us. Trevor works efficiently, and in a timely manner. Always upbeat and positive, great overall attitude. Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field. Great job and highly recommended.

MRC Plumbing did a GREAT job!!! The first tech that came out was unsure of my problem. I have well water & I know sometimes it takes a lot of diagnostics to find the problem. Of course it was a Friday & I was afraid I would go all weekend with no water. Without having water I was frustrated & upset. A team of 3 guys came out on Saturday & stayed all day to find & fix my problem. I REALLY appreciate all the hard work!! Thank you for being a company I can count on!!!!!

They are very professional when you can get them to show up. They did an excellent job the first time, but I've called 3x to schedule an appointment to fix another issue and they say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't gotten a call back.
