Best Tankless Installation in Columbus OH

If you are like me you are probably searching the review section of the comments before you choose who you will call. I promise you won’t regret calling plumbing & drain professionals. I had an issue with water damage and I needed to find the source and have the floors repaired.. Dan came out and replaced the flanges and installed new toilets. He also helped to educate me with what was going on. Then I got my floors replaced and he came back out and reset my toilets and make sure they were bolted down. Very professional and friendly!

I contacted Waterworks to install 2 new bidets in my home. They were able to be out within 3 days, called me ahead of time, showed up ahead of schedule and spent less than an hour getting me all taken care of. I was very thankful for their excellent customer care and support. The price was very affordable and my technician was friendly and very fast. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company! Great crew - John who identified the problem and Brandon who fixed the problem along with his crew we great to work with. We also had our sump pump replaced. The team at DrainMaster has exceeded my expectations! As a property manager, with our office combined handling 1,000 units, you can image our constant need for drain snaking, leaking pipes... you name it! The tech, Cori, was very skilled and cordial. He did an outstanding job especially handling the 50 gal waterheater by himself. He was especially creative with the small space afforded for the waterheater.

Matt is outstanding at what he does! He answered all of our questions and gave us options so we could choose how we wanted to proceed with repairs or replacement. We had a slab leak that had already been repaired but had started leaking again so we opted for complete replacement of our copper pipes to PEX. We also decided to have the pipes relocated to inside the walls instead of back under the concrete slab, so there was a lot of work to be done. Matt gave us a really fair price for the project and guaranteed the work for a full year. Kyle was the technician that completed this project for us and he was awesome! We had a few minor issues during the project and had to make some late night phone calls, and Matt was always available to answer questions and calm us down, he's very good at that because there's nothing that rattles his cage or ruffles his feathers! I can't say enough good things about this company, their work is outstanding and their prices are extremely fair. The Service People is now our go to for plumbing issues, and it should be yours too!

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I spoke with them as they closed yesterday and they came first thing this morning. I'd had faulty work done by a friend and instead of blaming me for it, they were extra kind. They fixed everything and were nicer than I could have expected. I highly recommend this place.

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional. Along with the rest of the staff we have used through custom care. We were very pleased with Montana. Thank you very much.

My main shutoff valve was leaking and I had it replaced. Everything went perfectly, quickly, and it was much less expensive than other places. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Gary showed up on time. I explained the issue I was having. We agreed on a price and he got to work. After he finished we both agreed I needed a new toilet. He said he would go to home depot buy the toilet and I would just reimburse him for it. Here is where Gary earned 2 stars. Time to pay. Me Gary how much was the toilet? Gary $250 me OK can I have the receipt? Gary I'm writing it up me I need the home depot receipt Gary starts to get upset and states he owns the receipt because he used his credit card and that he had lost it. I state if you wanna get paid for the toilet I need to see the receipt. He finally produces an E- receipt . Cost of toilet $160 plus tax. During his rant he claimed he bought a 6 month warranty. That was also a lie. As a small business owner my self I know how valuable this reviews are..,Gary, I normally tip $50 on a bill like yours . Your greed now has you looking like a lier for everyone to see.

Hot Water Heater Now installed a new hot water heater after our hot water heater unexpectedly failed. I called HWHN at 10 am and HWHN was on site at 1 pm installing our new hot water heater. In fact the owner of HWHN came out to our home and did the complete install himself. Very prompt, professional, friendly and very reasonable.

We've done business with you for 15+ years, but no more. Our last transaction we were charged for a garbage disposal without giving prior approval for the repair. We called them to repair a leaky sink at our rental property. No call from them about needing to replace the disposal, which we were charged over $200 for something that we would pay $110 at Home Depot. AND, we already had a replacement disposal on site for emergencies. If they would have called, they could have used that one and saved us $200. When we called about the bill, we were told that they never call about the repair before doing it. We can't afford to do business this way. Good thing there wasn't a crack in the sink because who knows how much they would have charged to replace that...with no call. Very disappointing.

Extremely professional. Very open and honest pricing. We had a toilet that was constantly running and getting clogged. Mike gave us some options and pricing up front. He also gave us some prevention tips for the future.

We will gladly use McDermott Plumbing again. Highly recommended!!
