Tony was outstanding. He came on time and worked diligently until the job was done. We were really in a time crunch so his great work made all the difference on getting everything done on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable with all my new appliances. He worked on toilet, dishwasher, stove, sink and refrigerator water lines to unhook all of them for a remodel in our home and then he hooked them back up the next day. I would highly recommend this plumbing service.

Stacy was wonderful. She taught us a lot about what to look for and what was needed when it came to the plumbing and leaking of our shower. I made it a point to get her information so I could work with her again after the rest of the work is done. Professional and educational company. Worth the price to have it done right!

Amazing amazing service...... Where do I start?? We had went through very frigid subzero temperatures and as we are use to we dripped our water..... I woke up at 7am Friday Feb 1 after traveling 26 days to hearing gushing water under my house...... Quickly shut everything off and went to search for local plumbers...... I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because the reviews were great, the young lady that answered the phone told me she would have plumber call me.... Within a minute I received the call explained the situation and he advised and told me they would call to schedule me..... I called them to save the time and we set up for Monday at my request because we were single digits.....

I received a call back a couple hours later and they didn’t want us to go without so they squeezed us in for Saturday The Next Day!!!

Jeff was our amazing plumber that showed up to assess the situation and see if it was viable to fix that day. Having to make several trips to get the parts he had our water back on within a very short time and I cannot begin to say how quick, efficient, and thorough Jeff was!

Had a clogged up kitchen sink that I was unable to fix myself. Called on a Sunday and the company came out the next morning. Antwan unclogged the drain quickly and without issue. Also gave an estimate on our garbage disposal which needed replaced, but was not pushy when I said we would probably replace it ourselves. I would use the company again if needed.

My water heater was acting up and after calling several different plumbers, I reached out to Roto-Rooter. They came out in a couple of hours and Dave was super friendly, knowledgeable, and got right to it. Everything is working great now and I'm glad I called Roto-Rooter. A discrete leak turned ugly after-hours and I called A 3 aces Plumbing. The customer service was lovely and within an hour Mike arrived to detect the source and conduct repairs.
His work was excellent and priced very fairly. In fact, there was no after-hour fee inflation. He repaired the leak in an efficient and clean manner.
I'm so impressed and grateful!

These guys are great, used them for routine back flow testing and occasional plumbing issues. They come out when they say they will and are reasonble.
