The guy that came out to do the service, Chris Bogner was very good at his job. Professional and friendly in dealing with our situation. Great service and I would highly recommend to anyone with clogged drains.

I came home from a weekend away to several inches of water in the basement but couldn't tell if it was the storm sewer backing up or my sump pump gone dead. It was both. WW sent a hybrid tech who could do both, Chris A. He definitely knew what he was doing and he even showed up early! And he also discovered that the cast iron stack in my old house was cracked and rusted through in some places, and leaking. He took care of the sewer, sump pump first day and came back another to replace the cracked part of the stack and plumbing to the washer. Did great work. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was extremely expensive in my mind, but when you are in an emergency situation you have to bite the bullet I guess.

It was in the evening that we got a call from the renters we have saying the bath tub and the bathroom sink was both stopped up and the water was not moving. I had to leave to go out of town for work so I knew I had to call for help. I called three places trying to get someone to help. One never answered or called me back, another was going to charge out of site. So I called Mr Rooter and they said they would be there within the hour. They were there for a few hours trying to get the job done. He worked very hard to get it fixed and he also kept me informed of what was happening with the pipes and what had to be done. I really appreciated the prompt service and a fair price. In the end we were all happy. Thank you Mr Rooter GOOD JOB .....

From scheduling to services…I can’t speak highly enough about them. They were able to fit me in within a two day window. Anthony found the source of my leaks immediately and fixed all four of my issues within a two hour time frame. He was clean and respectful of my home and my space. And now I have a dry basement. Their rates are extremely reasonable too, which is great because plumbing rates vary so drastically. I will forever recommend their services and will use them again should I have any other plumbing issues arise.

The job was done well by the technician, who was friendly and professional. However this company is grossly overpriced. Having been a plumber myself, I have a rough idea how much this job should have cost, and the tech was only here for approximately 45 minutes. The job (to run a drain snake} was quoted at $365. Being that if they charge for the whole hour, as most outfits do, that's $365/hr. I know lawyers, pilots, and physicians that don't make that kind of money, and for a job that if anyone had the equipment they could have easily done themselves. In addition to this, when I called, I requested an estimate of the cost to have them come out. They told me the tech would have to determine that when he arrived. Upon arriving the tech showed me that he has codes for each type of job, that he enters and it tells him what the cost is. You can't tell me the company dispatch doesn't know/have access to the codes or a vague idea of the cost of some of these. Then to add salt to the wound, the tech didn't show up until an hour and a half after I was told he would arrive. By the time he did show up, it was too late for me to contact another plumber when I got the quote from him. I was stuck, seemingly by design, to take it or leave it.

I was very satisfied with this company. The explained the various options and were prompt in providing the quote. The installers explained what the installation would entail. They were courteous, professional and did a great cleanup when the work was completed. I would highly recommend this company.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.
