I called rotor rooter in the same day I found out we had a clogged pipe and they scheduled to send someone the same day to fix the issue. The service men who came later that evening, were very courteous, professional and quick in resolving the issue. I'm satisfied with their work and would recommend rotor rooters services to everyone. I also have a 6 months warranty with the service I received.

Charlie, went above and beyond. We spoke to the warranty company who told us we could replace the water valve for free or get a new water heater installed for $500.00. We were still in the hospital after delivering our daughter so we chose the free option because of the already astronomical cost for having a child. Charlie took the time to call us and to explain why it was a much better choice to replace the water heater for $500.00 instead. Our current water heater was about 9 years old and had already outlived it's estimated life expectancy. If we got the valve replaced and anything else went wrong with it there would be no warranty coverage left for this calendar year to repair it. The new water heater, was a significantly better product, came with a 6 year warranty, and replacement parts are readily available. Parts for our old water heater would have taken more than a week to get. He answered ALL of our questions and we confidently and happily chose the new water heater. Our new water heater was installed 2 days later. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job. We are very happy. Thank you so much. Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

I hired these people to remove a bathroom sink which had cracked and install the replacement sink. They came early, which was nice. And the new sink is in. But I would never hire them again. They left a mess - silicon all over my granite counter top, the new sink, even the handle on my storm door. The sink is not properly centered in the opening. And they chipped my granite counter top and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. They rushed in and out of here and charged a lot of money.

Great service, and not too expensive! Recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber!
