Mike Anderson was a phenomenal technician. My home is very far back from the city line and Mike addressed issues in 160ft of line. The job was a big one but Mike and Bobby were thorough and kept me in the loop the whole time. The addressed the issues in an effecient and timely way. Will definitely call on them whenever I need them again.

I've used waterworks 5 different times at two homes in the past 4 years. As a single woman I always worry about being taken advantage of but I've never felt that way with The Waterworks. They are always on time, professional and answer all my questions. Yesterday I had what I thought was a discharge drain problem but it was actually a septic problem. The technician (which I'm sorry I didnt catch his name) went above and beyond to give me referrals to licensed septic companies, he gave me opinions on fixes and walked me through everything in my basement. As someone who just bought the house I really appreciated his expertise and taking the time with me. I also have animals and he was sure to keep doors shut and watch for them when coming in/out. I cant recommend The Waterworks enough and I appreciate them being upfront with their costs and they generally fit me with quickly.

We had two bathroom faucets leaking. Brandyn came out the next day and fixed both! Explained the process and was super nice! Would definitely recommend Apex!

Charlie was professional and very responsive. He Fit us in to his booked schedule, answered all of our questions, and unclogged our basement floor (after another company was unable to get the job done). Knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

When I called to make an appt.. they scheduled it for the very next day. Prior to the set appt., they notified me that Aaron would be there within the hour and sent a photo and name of the technician...Aaron H whom by the way arrived promptly, identifying himself and covering his shoes before entering my home. He immediately identified the problem, gave a price, and proceeded to repair the issue. I was very satisfied with the work. He was very professional. I would highly recommend this company MR. In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

This place is great! We had a busted pipe two days before Thanksgiving and the main water turn off was also leaking but once he fixed the pipe, it stopped completely. Other places were quoting hundreds and hundreds of dollars for this repair but Mick was amazing. He was in and out in less than an hour and it ended up being a few hundred dollars cheaper than was quoted. Plus it ended up getting done so much faster than it was supposed to be. We live in a condo and at first we thought we were going to have to call them to shut the water off outside but didn’t have to do that either. He was so kind, fast and knowledgeable about his job. He was great all around. I would recommend anyone looking for a plumber to call here, you’re not going to regret it.

Gage and Trevor were communicative and responsive while discussing the problem, when setting a date, and on site and the work that Gage performed looks great to this non-plumber's eyes. I liked the attention to detail such as square cuts and mountings, and functional details like beveling the interiors of pipe ends to avoid gunk buildup in the drain line. Nice experience.

Scheduling was easy and the most impressive thing is that I had an issue with the bill. They addressed it immediately, turning it into a great experience. Will not go anywhere else for electrical, plumbing needs.

This company is used by IGS home warranty. I had water leak at my indoor shutoff valve and they were sent out. After assessing the issue, I was informed that they didn’t have the required parts on their truck and would be back the next day. When I called the next morning to see what time to expect them, they immediately got agitated and told me I wasn’t even on their schedule and it would be impossible for them to come. The phone representative was extreme rude during the conversation. After this experience and then reading other reviews for this company, I went back to IGS, told them of my experience and lack of confidence that Calhoun could do the job timely and properly and requested a different vendor. If you need immediate assistance and want a professional experience, I would not use this company. When IGS called to cancel my job with them, they were treated with the same level of disrespect as I was.
