As my grandson was asking questions about employment, he explained the application and training process and gave positive input about your company. I CANNOT say ENOUGH about how AWESOME Fritz Baumann & Sons are! They truly saved the day when my tenant was without heat or hot water - quickly and professionally - on a day I know that every plumber was slammed with emergencies due to the freezing temperatures. This place are price gouging elderly people. Let me explain, my mother 70 years old called because she heard water running. My brother-in-law called this company and someone was supposed to call before coming out. They just show up without a call...So she asked if he was there to give her an estimate he said yes. He looked at it and told her it was just a coupling it shouldn't be very much. The next day was Christmas Eve..Then Christmas so he could send someone out after Christmas. So a different guy shows up and says it will be $2200. So she says well the other guy Sayed it wouldn't be that much and his reply was he's new he don't know.Well you must be thinking this was going to be a big job for that price...Several hours maybe...Some digging even.. Nope he was there for an hour...Yep you heard me right 1 hour. All he did was replace a coupling ( a $30 part I can get from Lowe's) and replaced 25 feet of plastic tubing (I can get 100 foot roll at Lowe's for $50) so less than $100 in parts and one hour of time for $2200. I've checked around and this should not have cost more than $700 and that was on the steep in. The good news is they gave her a military discount though. They only gouged her for $1700 to make her feel like she was getting a good deal

Service was good, they did fine. BUT way overpriced!! I had to get someone to come do a sewer scope inspection (they simply put a camera on a wire down the pipe to see if it’s clogged or damaged) for a house I am on contract to buy. A typical sewer scope is maybe $150-200… It was $405 at Mr. Rooter. I feel taken advantage of because they would not give me a quote over the phone and knew I had a deadline to get this done. If I had more time I would have said no and found someone else. Save your money and use someone else!

Matt is outstanding at what he does! He answered all of our questions and gave us options so we could choose how we wanted to proceed with repairs or replacement. We had a slab leak that had already been repaired but had started leaking again so we opted for complete replacement of our copper pipes to PEX. We also decided to have the pipes relocated to inside the walls instead of back under the concrete slab, so there was a lot of work to be done. Matt gave us a really fair price for the project and guaranteed the work for a full year. Kyle was the technician that completed this project for us and he was awesome! We had a few minor issues during the project and had to make some late night phone calls, and Matt was always available to answer questions and calm us down, he's very good at that because there's nothing that rattles his cage or ruffles his feathers! I can't say enough good things about this company, their work is outstanding and their prices are extremely fair. The Service People is now our go to for plumbing issues, and it should be yours too!

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done! Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!

I was very happy to have American Leak Detection company help me to locate the exact location of a hot water line leakage, which enable the work to be carried out at the least damaging location in the house. From the beginning to the end of the job it was done with good communications, professional leak detection together with a very good team of technicians, the job was done professionally and efficiently. I have no hesitation of recommending their services to all my friends.
