After calling a few places for urgent assistance with blocked toilet, Roto Rooter was able to come out to our home . Very nice tech who accessed the problem in a few seconds. But I was very disappointed with the service charge of $375 for a job that took less than 5 minutes to clear. Being a senior citizen and on a fixed income I felt they could have adjusted the service charge. They were familiar with the problem, knew exactly how to fix and had an inexpensive auger to do the job. For a minor problem that was absolutely a cinch I will never use the company for any service. I feel they take advantage of peoples inconveniences and make an exorbitant amount of profit. This service was in March 2022.

Dan and his assistant (whose name I have forgotten) were very personable and very professional. The work was done quickly. They even looked at a jammed garbage disposal for me at no extra charge. Extremely satisfied. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Very affordable, They ran early, which was nice, and both of the guys were very nice and took their time explaining things. Will use them again if the need arises.

All three of these technicians were great. Mitch W. in particular was really helpful. Our basement had flooded and it was a pretty stressful situation. He was very sympathetic of the situation, but still tremendously professional. He happily rescheduled aservice call when a conflict came up. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him, and the company in general.

A+ for service, responsiveness and ability to get the job done! I am totally pleased with the outcome of my drain repair, at a fair price.

I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.

We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

Great Job ? On time and very professional !! Wonderful knowledge of what work needed to be done and how to fix it. Treated my home as if it was a mansion. Would highly recommend !!

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

Their service person, Paul, was thorough and professional. Found 20' of leaks not found by other contractors, most where I thought they might be. Good Job!

I was so impressed with the honesty and the professionalism that was shown by my technician...I had used another company before and was charged an outrageous amount 6 months ago and my problem was not fixed!!! I had a new stove delivered, but needed a professional plumber to fix the gas hookup valve. I made the mistake of trying to call someone else first - that guy just never showed up and stopped returning my phone calls/texts. Yikes. Called Eco Plumbers and they saved the week. Couldn't get out for a couple of days (called on Saturday, they scheduled to send someone the following Tuesday), but they actually showed up (very good) and told me exactly what to expect. Hayder was the pro they sent out to help me - he worked quickly and was really good. Now I have a stove that works - very happy customer.
