Best Sewer Camera Inspection in Columbus OH

We just moved into the house less than a year ago. It's an 100 y.o. house and we had little idea what had been replaced previously. We discovered a pond developing in the basement one afternoon and we called and someone was here within a couple hours and it was completely fixed. The tech was knowledgeable and told us upfront what we might be dealing with. Highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would! The price gouging in and of itself was absolutely ridiculous. Nicole, the plumber, was there from 10:15 to 11:30 and charged $400 for replacing a wax ring on the toilet, which is a $2 part! Not only did she not tell me the price beforehand, after we got off the phone and had paid, she sent me an invoice that said the work was not guaranteed due to the condition of the doors and house, which she also said nothing about during the phone conversation! She also failed to mention that the tenant's shower was clogged to the point that it was non-functioning and instead said some clogs in the system needed cleaned out within the next week or two and proceeded to ask if I'd like to schedule a technician to have that handled! So I was going to be charged MORE for someone else to do what a plumber is supposed to do? I called and spoke with two different managers who said they'd look into it and call me back and neither one did, so I had to call back again each time and I'm still waiting to be contacted back by the second Manager's Manager. I called Roto-Rooter in a pinch and it was a HUGE mistake!

Drainmaster was the third company that was contacted to fix a clogged line. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were here within 2 hours. Roto-Rooter said that they would need to dig up my front yard for them to access the clogged line which would cost $5000, Master Mechanicals had no clue how to fix it because they couldn’t locate my cleanout, but drainmaster immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it.They took the time to call the city to figure out where the cleanout was. Once they located it, it took them less than an hour to clean the clogged line. They were very professional and the price of $300 was much more reasonable than $5000. I also like the fact that the service includes a 90 day warranty.... it’s been 3 weeks and I have had no other issues. Drainmaster has my vote and I will highly recommend to others.

The technician Keenan Dalton was very courteous and respectful. The Great experience I had with this company was wonderful, I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. A great experience.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

We live in an older home, so it's important to have a good plumber. Our previous plumber no longer does residential service, so we needed to find a new one when we were having some troubles with sewer smell in the bathroom.

Shawn and Jeff came out. They were professional, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. They had us squared away in a jiffy, explained the problem well, and Jeff gave us great advice for handling other smelly problems too!

The price was reasonable and we're quite happy with the service. They will now be our go to plumbers when the next need arises.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up and they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time and charged us Again! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor. They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my stairs. The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves.

An all around good experience from the first phone call. The only issue was the wait time for the initial leak detection, but that’s not all bad as it says the company is good and reputable. We had our detection done on a Monday and it was fixed on Thursday around noon. I know that was thanks to Marquita in the office and Cory, the technician who did the repair. Cory (and helper, Tanner) arrived right on time and explained what they would be doing. My parents are elderly and both in wheelchairs and Cory was very kind to both of them. We left while the work was being done since they had to jackhammer up the cement and imagine our surprise when we returned a couple hours later and were told that they were close to being done, the water was back on, the pressure test was almost complete and we didn’t need to leave again. He said they would finish up and we could use water, flush toilets, and etc. About an hour later, they had everything cleaned up and packed in their truck. Thanks, Cory

Trey made the best of a bad situation. Half of main stack had to be replaced. Original installation was sketchy at best. He took his time to undo what was previously done and got us back up and running. Pleasant and informative. Would definitely call again and recommend to others.

A 3 Aces Plumbing offers very professional services and highly skilled plumbers. From reception through followup to ensure we were happy with the repair, this company did everything right. We needed a copper pipe fixed immediately and Mike at 3 Aces took care of it quickly, thoroughly, and cleaned up after his work was done. He did a great job and was wonderful to meet. Great people, great service.

Flush Drains were excellent when I contacted them. They sent a plumber to my house right away. We are more than happy with their plumbing service and the cost of it.

Service was excellent. Plumber was friendly and fun to talk to. He was very easy going and got the job done in the mostly reasonable and respectable time possible. I took a lot of time deciding on which plumbing service I wanted to used. This one was the winner. Glad I chose them and will be contacting them again when I need plumbing services In the future. Work done was above and beyond and plumber was very knowledgeable.

We are quite happy with their service. They didn't attempt to 'up sell' any services. They did the job that another firm didn't or couldn't do. (Drainbusters was the second company to come to our home and look at the problem). Their price was less than the one quoted on the phone. I would certainly use the firm again.

I had them do warranty work almost a year ago and I thought the part was bad. Called to see if it was under warranty and it was not. They called me back explained this and as I was on the phone with the nice lady she says hold please. Gets back on and said owner called verified I had power vent they came out next day cleaned it for me and my hot water tank works again. Thank you.
