Good bunch of guys!

Met five RR employees. All extremely professional, very courteous and were more than willing to find this problem. As Seniors, getting this amount of estimate tough to take. That being said, Chris McCoy did a very good job easing our pain. Very confidant and certainly convinced us he knew exactly what he was talking about. Much thanks to the entire staff.

Mick P. came out to my home yesterday and this was the picture AFTER he had left and said he could not find the problem. My complex's maintenance man had come and was able to find 3 different problem areas and even wrote them in pencil on the wall above the pipes. HE COMPLETELY DISREGARDING THIS. His attitude was terrible and he was rude from the beginning. Water was everywhere and seeping out of the utility closet and the garage and he did zero investigation. He then proceeded to say I cannot find any leaks, so lets do an experiment to see if it happens again overnight. He also said it was probably only condensation and it was VERY OBVIOUS that condensation was not the problem. Condensation does not cause fast moving water to flow out of everywhere. I voiced to him that doing an experiment with my things was not acceptable and that I did not want to experiment to see if it floods again! I just simply wanted him to investigate and try to make sure it didn't flood again. He spent about 10 minutes total and obviously did no investigating. He refused to do any work and said he could not fix what was not broken. The water was not spraying out at that moment but had been previously which is why everything was flooded. The pressure release valve was bad and had caused the pipe to blow off and being a PLUMBER he did not even notice that this piece was missing. I only noticed because I was down there trying to clean up water and wait for my complex's maintenance to come back and got burned by scalding hot water spraying at me suddenly. This is completely unacceptable. This is not the first negative experience I have had with Water Works. In May I also had a technician come out and say leaks were fixed and not a single thing was done. I had to call emergency maintenance at midnight because there were puddles. I would NEVER use them. My complex uses them- not my choice. When I called into customer service they offer zero help and just say they have to pass off a complaint. No one holds anyone accountable and they show absolutely NO empathy that their company has not done their job. I still have not received a call from Brad, Mick's manager. They are not reputable and they hire lazy people that do not want to get the job done. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY FAR AWAY!!! Customer service does not actually offer a solution they just say they will pass it off and cannot give a name of who will handle it.

Great service, great explanation of work, listed different options to tackle the job, and did it for a great price. I will be using Fritz Baumann & Sons in the future for future projects and fixes!

I had Ryan extend about 20 ft if gas line for a cooktop. He did a great job and fast! They came out for just a quote but we're able to do the work same day at a competitive price.

Arrived 2 hours after I called. Checked out and cleared a backed up floor drain into my basement ejector pump.

Very nice, easy to talk to, went above and beyond to make sure all drains were cleaned and utilized the camera to point out any defects. Great work at a low price.

Guys were good. Had to crawl into some VERY tight spaces... like horror film tight and claustrophobic.

Brandon was awesome! We have cast-iron pipes and they apparently get a sludge type build up which causes horrid backups into he kitchen sink, everytime the water was running in the sink. Brandon came out and jetted the pipes ( I believe that's the correct term )and I have had zero backups since he finished. We live about a hour from their shop and they didn't charge a trip fee and he did a excellent job. He was the third plumber to come out but he was the only one to actually fix it! Thank you so much!!!!

At first CLB was good. Chris was responsive and called back, scheduled the job, and showed up close to the time he quoted me. He performed the work well, and gave me suggestions on what to do with future plumbing jobs. After he left is where I began to have issue with this company. We still have not received a receipt for the work performed. Chris also stated he would quote a few options for a toilet installation. He has not done so. When he turned on the water back on at my main line into the house, the pipe there began to leak. I tried to call, left a message, and he has not returned my phone call. I hate to leave poor reviews, but I also don't think CLB's communication is up to snuff.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

Guys were professional, knowledgeable and reasonable on their rates. We will definitely use this company for all plumbing repairs in the future.

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

I needed them on Sunday night when my home's main drain got plugged - no showers, laundry or toilets for us until this was fixed. I called and they arrived about 30 minutes later. Fast service and reasonably priced!
