These guys were great! Fair and reasonably priced, did a quality job, super friendly staff! They took care of my problem instead of trying to sell me on things I didnt need!

I called around 1pm on a Sunday and was advised there was a 4 hour window of time as to when the plumber would show up. Josh called 30 minutes later and advised he would be there in 10 minutes. Josh was very polite and professional. He listened to my concerns and immediately began to assess the situation. He provided two options to remedy the clog. Overall I was very satisfied with the services provided by Josh.

I had a main that needed snaked. I called these guys, and it was a huge mistake. They didn't tell me how much it was going to be before coming out, and then after fifteen minutes of work, they gave me a bill for $294 . A few weeks later, they sent me an updated bill and it was for $394. This is absolutely insane. They are crooks. Use someone else.

I had contacted several plumbing companies to replace my defective gas hot water heater. I couldn't get any company to properly evaluate my issue and it would take two weeks to dispatch a plumber. Brett and Jake were the two plumbers that arrived on time and professionally explained the removal and replacement process. I was incredibly pleased with their knowledge and the timely manner in which they installed my new tank. The day after the installation I received a call from Fritz, Steve who wanted to make sure that I was 100% ok with the service. I called this morning and Holton was here within a couple of hours. He repaired it very quickly!

I've had three different technicians come out on separate occasions and all of them were very knowledgeable ,polite and seem to care about my problems

I have a big tree in my front yard and the roots continuously get into the main line so I have to call them out a couple times a year to clear the line until I can get the drain permanently repaired

Each time I called they came out the same day or the very next day and took care of the problem very quickly
They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and they carry a lot of common parts on their truck so they can fix Minor details while they're there

The plumber they sent was very courteous and proficient.

My plumbers for the day, Will and Adam, had a difficult job in accessing and repairing some leaking 62 year old pipes. Both were professional and courteous. They kept me informed during the repair process, which I appreciate. For the amount of work/time spent on this job I feel the price was fair. I would recommend, and use Mr. Rooter, in the future.

Mark was professional and did a fantastic job on our kitchen sink. It was backed up and he unclogged it in a timely manner. He also kept me in the loop on explaining what he seen. We plan on using him in the near future for other prodjects.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Scheduled me super quick. Lady on the phone was super super nice!! They came during the appointment time. Mike B and Jeff came out. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Super nice and respectful of my house. Fixed the problem and double checked everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves too. Great with animals!Such amazing service!!!!

Absolutely wonderful company and people! Had an emergency call on the weekend. They came right out that afternoon and cleared the line. They were kind and helpful, personable and efficient. The dispatcher who contacted me was perfect. She was clear and easy to understand, compassionate, and positive.
