Plumbing and drain professionals have completed several jobs in my house with all the new renovations over the years I have needed them on many occasions. They never disapoint. My sump pump had stopped working on a Saturday and wanted to get it resolved over the weekend to avoid water in the basement. Roto Rooter had someone out and the pump replaced with a day. Great work.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

If you are using anybody else, you are an idiot. Fast, fair and responsive. I called and they were here within 20 minutes. Showed me the problems, told me what they would do to fix them, and fixed them. This is my first call at this house, and used them twice before at my old house, always the same, great.

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. I called A Better Drain two weeks ago with an urgent water/drain problem. Stacy responded quickly, fitting my emergency into his schedule, even though it was a weekend. Was treated fairly in the past. I was at work when the repair tech comes out. The back plunger needed replaced. I found the part on amazon for $10 and was going to do myself but didn’t have much time. Wife called me later and said it will cost $300 for the repair. They charged $40 for the part (better quality) which I understand but the labor is outrageous. Spoke to coworker who said they had the same thing and paid a local plumber $80.... never again.

I have had the fortunate (or unfortunate, LOL) of using this company multiple times in the past year. They are quick, reasonable, and do not cost me my first born. Jobs are always done well, and they are always very courteous. Will definitely be using them again (and, most likely will!).

Dean was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. He looked at an exterior downspout that is clogged as well as the option of lining or digging for a new sewer line. I booked the downspout clean out and will be back in touch when ready for new sewer. Thanks!

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again.
