It is so hard these days to find someone to come out and fix a problem. When you do, it's an arm and leg to pay for. I called All Lines Gas and Plumbing with a gas heater problem. The heater was old, needed the parts and the city was on me to get it fixed before it got colder. Michael with all Lines Gas and Plumbing came out with no hesitation, fixed my problem in a timely matter and charged a reasonable price. I will use this company for all my plumbing issues here on out.

Columbia Gas had to shut my gas off due to it leaking. Called All Lines Gas And Plumbing spoke to Mike who explained everything to me. He was prompt on his arrival time and had my gas turned back on same day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will use again.

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. Thank you again Mike!

I experienced the RLA/Columbia Gas 'surprise' after they came to me to let me know they were installing new gas lines to the house and could I schedule an appt. Little did I know that in 24 hours I would be without gas service at 8PM. RLA finished what they needed to do (install a new gas line to my house) not their problem that I was not told that if there was 'any' leaks after the new line was turned on, it would immediately be turned off and I would have to contact a plumber. After being told it would be 4 hours, starting at Noon, I was planning on taking a shower at the end. Now I have no hot water, no furnace/AC, and no stove/oven. I went crazy looking for a plumber and was not sure what I was going to find.......but I found All Lines Gas and Plumbing owned by Mike Schirtzinger. I am telling you, Mike is certified, knows how Columbia Gas works, is very creative at solutions, and will wait around until the customer gets sign off from Columbia Gas and turns on the appliances. Thanks Mike...it was a long day, but a great, quality job at the end!
